• Part 4:
    “Hey Lily!” Iggy yelled from the kitchen. It was early morning of the next week. I was feeling refreshed after having the first dream that wasn’t a nightmare. I had nightmares ever since I broke up with Mario. I was always running down a dark hallway. I didn’t know where I was going or what was coming. At the end I saw Mario kissing Katrina. I would turn around and run away. As much as I ran, they wouldn’t go away. They got bigger and bigger. “I’ve got a surprise for you!”
    “*yawn* What is it Iggy?” I replied. Just the sound of his voice made me happy. I really like him.
    He walked into our room and said, “Here’s breakfast!” He was holding a tray with eggs, bacon, and toast. He was a great cook even when he was blind. It was fun to watch him cook.
    “Once Again I say, you didn’t have to do that!”
    “And I say, I wanted to.”
    “Awww. You’re so sweet!” we hugged and I ate my breakfast. “Sorry I have to eat and run, but I have errands to take care of. Bye!” We hugged one more time and I left.

    I was on my way home with groceries in my backpack when Mario came running up.
    “Hi Lily,” he said.
    I rolled my eyes and said, “Mario. What do you want?” My day was perfect except for this.
    “We need to talk…”
    “About?”
    “I really like you. I’m thinking about getting back together with you.” I had to laugh.
    “Yeah right. Like I would get back together with you! You arrogant two timing Jerk!”
    “But wasn’t what we had special?”
    “It was, in the beginning. But later, it just got irritating because you’re so temper mental. Besides, I‘ve moved on. I‘m leaving. Bye.”
    “Wait Lily! Here me out.” He grabbed me, spun me around, and kissed me. You could literally see the fire in my eyes after that.
    I slapped him and said, “What the @#$% are you doing!? You Crack head! I told you, I have a boyfriend! And anyway, I HATE YOU!”
    We were outside the house when I said that and Iggy was sitting on the roof. Probably scouting out for people trying to kill us. He saw what was going on and flew down. “What are you doing? She said no!” He said.
    “And who the heck are you?” Mario replied.
    “I’m the boyfriend she was talking about! Now we could do this the easy way or the hard way. Which would you like?” Iggy towered over Mario. He was like five inches taller than him.
    “I’ll show you!” Mario rammed into Iggy’s side and the air went out of him in an “Oof” sort of noise. Iggy rebuttled with a roundhouse kick Mario’s side. Mario tried to attack Iggy from behind but I put up a force field.
    “That’s quite enough!” I yelled. “Now Mario! I’m not gonna get back together with you!”
    “But why not?”
    “Because, I think I’m in love with Iggy.” I didn’t know what I had just said. I thought I was out of mind but I knew that I meant it. I felt strange though. I stared at both of their faces and turned around. I unfurled my wings and I heard a “Wow” from Iggy. I started running. I jumped up in the air. I was airborne immediately.
    “Lily wait!” I heard Iggy yell.
