• The van swirved around the corner, sending its occupents flying around, not that they noticed much. Two big men were fighting with the slip of a girl, whom had somehow sank her teeth into one of the captores arms, and was refusing to let go. "Gods damn it! Get this she devil off me! She drawing blood gods damn it!" He howled as his companion grabbed her by her hair and yanked. Instea of letting go, she clamped on harder, making her victim howl again, fllowed shortly by a long string of curse words that would even make a sailor blush with shame. Chuckling the driver hit a highway exit, quickly ditching the city behind. "You have to admit, she's quite the fighter." He called back, watching the small battle of wills in the rear view mirror. The girl had held on for almost fifteen minutes, despite cursing, punching and slapping. She held on and drew blood. The man shook her on his arm villently, finally dislodging her by sending her flying against the side of the van, her head meeting the metal with a sickening crack. All three watched her as she slumped to the floor, unconsious. "By the gods! That little vixen left teeth marks!" Holding up his arm, all could see the perfect impressions of the girls teeth set into the mans forearm. "This better be worth all this damn trouble!" he growled, holding a t-shirt to the wound. The driver huffed as he swerved through traffic, ellicting honks as he did. "It will be. Once we get back to Sadi Arabia, the Prince will pay up and we'll be gone like the wind over the sand!" As the others mumbled their agreement, the driver took yet another excit, this one taking them toward the warf. "I hope we don't get caught in another damn hurricane, Jarabi lost his lunch to many times to count!" One complained as the van zoomed toward a huge freigter. The driver shot a muttered prayer skyward before glarring at his companions in the rearview mirror. "Just pray that she doesn't manage to get her fangs on you again!" He warned as they skidded to a stop. The other two looked at each other, then to the girl, and nodded. "I hope the prince pays us double for all we had to go through just to get this woman into the damn van!" Jarabi growled as he hefted her over his shoulder and fallowed the others up the gang plank to the deck of the ship. An older man was waiting for them, starring at his watch and frowning. "Best get a move on lads, a storms a brewing and i wanna get from this port as fast as the devil will let me!" He snapped at them, fallowing them as they went bellow deck, quick to lock the girl in one of the rooms. "We'll deal with her when were as far from here as possible." The driver ordered, sharring a look with the captain. As if understanding, the man dashed back up on deck, yelling orders to leave the dock.
The sound of roaring enguins woke Dusk from her sleep. Opening her eyes, she quickly closed them to clutch her head. It came back to her in a woosh, the taste of fear and blood still fresh in her mouth. Sitting up slowly she felt a little woozy, but over all fine. The sound of water seemed to be loud, almost as loud as the enguins. Her eyes shot open in horror and she spun to look out the little port hole by the bunk she slept on. Leaping to it she let a little yelp to slip from her mouth. Before her eyes, a vast ocean of water met her eyes. "Dusky, I don't think were in Washington anymore!" She murmured in horror to herslef.
