• Chapter 7
    The Fire!!!

“Aww.. Are we there yet?” Cassey yawned.

“We get there when we get there!” David said, trying to stay awake.

Three hours later Simone, David and Cassey arrived at the old, run down farm.

“Finally, were here.” Simone said, looking out the window.

    “We are?” Cassey asked.

“Yes, we are. Take a look out the window.” Simone said.

Cassey peered out the window to see a huge farm house. The roof of the house was a dirty red as no-one had lived there for a long time.

Cassey saw the windows cracked and one of the doors fallen over onto the ground.

“This is where we are meant to be staying at?” Cassey asked.

“Yes... well, sure... I know it looks a little bit old and wore down but it'll give us a real outdoor experience.” Simone said.

“Pfft, this is an 'outdoor experience'? A dogs kennel would be better.” Cassey said.

“Shut up... Just go inside.” Simone yelled as she got out of the car.

David and Cassey got out of the car and walked up the path along side Simone.

    “Very.. ummm, different.” David said.

“Yes, but thats a good thing. The more deserted it is, the more chance we have of seeing a UFO.” Simone said.

“You have a point.” David replied.

“I'm going to take a look around.” Cassey said as she walked around the side of the house.

Cassey walked down the path near the house and looked around.

Cassey walked over to a fence surrounding the fields. She sat down on the edge of the fence and popped the lid off a soft drink.
    Cassey took a sip.

“Mmmm, nice.” Cassey said out loud.

“CASSEY, COME AND CHECK OUT THE ROOM YOUR STAYING IN!” Simone yelled from the front of the house.

Cassey put her Sort drink on the fence and ran over to Simone and David in the house.

Cassey looked at each room, once in the house and picked a room she liked.

Meanwhile, back at the fence Cassey was sitting at, a bird flew down and landed on the fence, knocking Cassey's soft drink off the fence. The drink, being glass, landed in a patch of grass and dry leaves. After around half an hour Cassey came back to the fence to get her soft drink, but it was gone.

“Hmm, Oh well.” She said as she ran back to the front of the house and back inside.

“Hey, do you know where the bottle of Sprite I had is?” Cassey asked.

    “Nope.” David said.

“Me either.” Simone answered as she started pulling her suitcase up stairs.

    Cassey ran back outside.

“Hmm, wheres that smell coming from?” She asked herself.
    “It smells like smoke.”

Cassey looked around the corner of the house to see raging flames of a fire moving toward her and to the walls of the house..

“AHHH!!!” Cassey screamed running into the house.

“DAVID, SIMONE, HURRY! GET OUT OF THE HOUSE, THERES A FIRE!!” Cassey screamed.

“WHAT?” Simone yelled from up stairs.

David and Simone ran back downstairs and over to Cassey.

They were all just about to ran to the front door when the door frame collapsed and blocked their way of getting out.

“Quick, try the back door!” Simone yelled as she ran to the back door, followed by Cassey and David.

Simone ran to the back door and tried to open it.

    “It wont budge!” Simone yelled.

David ran to the back door and kicked it down. The glass door shattered and pieces of glass landed on the ground.

    “Quick everyone out!” David yelled.

Simone, Cassey and David all ran out the back door as fast as they could.

They all watched as the gigantic flames consumed the house.

“Well don't just stand there, help me put this fire out!” Cassey yelled.

Cassey ran over to the well and started winding up the bucket.

“Don't bother. The house is already ruined and the flames are too big.” David said.

“Yeah, all we can do is watch and wait.” Simone agreed.

“Well, cant we call the police or the ambulance?” Cassey asked.

“I think you mean the fire brigade and no we cant because even if we did, it would take them around three hours to get here, and by then the fire would have gone out anyway.” Simone said.

“Oh, well.. should we leave or?” Cassey asked.

“No, we should just go around the front and sit down on the lawn.” David said.

“HOW CAN YOU ALL BE SO CALM!!!” Cassey yelled.

“Hmm, how did the fire start anyway?” Simone asked, ignoring Cassey.

“I don't know, do you Cassey?” David asked

“Umm, I might... I think that my Sprite might have caused the fire. After all its a really hot day and the Sprite bottle is made of glass. He he he, Opps..” Cassey answered.

“Well, Never mind. Don't worry about it, we just have to wait for this fire to go out.” Simone said.

    Chapter 8
    The Comet!

Luckily, before Simone ran out of the burning house, She was going through her suitcase and had portable tent in her hand. Simone placed the tent on the ground and started setting it up.

Simone walked over to a couple of old, dead apple trees along side the corn fields and snapped off a bunch of branches.

“This will be a good amount of wood for a campfire.” Simone said.

“It's a good thing the fire didn't spread anywhere else, otherwise we would've been in trouble.” Cassey said, snuggling into her jacket. “It sucks that the suitcases we're in the house still. I have to use this silly jacket to stay warm.”

“Yeah, i know. I have to aswell. Anyway. David, where are you sleeping?" Simone asked.

    "In the tent." David replied.

"Oh, Well, You might miss out on seeing a UFO." Simone explained.

“I don't think so...” Cassey replied.

“Well, we wont ever see one with that attitude, so keep an eye out!” David said, optimistically.

    “Whatever...ha ha” Cassey laughed.

“Night..” David, Simone and Cassey said all at the same time.

    4 hours had passed.

    …...............
    Cassey yawned...

“Hmm?” Whats the time?” Cassey asked. “She reached into her pocket and pulled out her ipod.

“Three in the morning?” Cassey said.

Cassey's ipod suddenly turned off from no battery.

“Cassey?!” Whispered Simone from the other side of the campfire.

    “Huh? Your awake?” Cassey asked.

“Yeah, I've been awake for ages.” Simone answered.

    “Oh.” Cassey said.

“What do you think that is?” Simone asked.

    “Hmmm? What is?” Cassey asked.

“That big silver thing thats moving really fast? Up there.” Simone answered.

“Umm, Is it a satellite? A jet? A plane? A shooting star?” Cassey asked.

“Nope. Its not a satellite, plane or jet because its going way to fast, and its not a shooting star because its constantly moving, without disappearing.” Simone answered.

“What is it then?” Cassey asked.

“Its..” Simone didn't get time to finish..

“Yeah, What – what – what???” Cassey asked over, and over. “Is it a UFO?”

“No, its.. Its a comet!” Simone said.

    “A.. a comet?!” Cassey said.

“Yeah, I can tell by the tail. Notice it has a orange streak following it.” Simone explained.

“What does this mean?” Cassey asked.

“It means... We have to tell the government about this.” Simone answered.

“No use to do that. They already know.” David said, walking out of the tent.

“Huh? What do you mean?” Cassey asked.

“The government, they already know that theres a comet coming, they've kept us in the dark just like the Roswell Incident.” David explained.

“Well, what are we going to do then?” Cassey asked.

“We'll have to try and tell the world somehow... I'm not sure how yet though.” David replied.

“Why? Why are they keeping us in the dark about it?” Cassey asked.

“Because... because they think we'll all go in fit and start going crazy about it. Thats why they don't tell us. They will have to eventually but they wont until a couple of days before.” David replied.

“Until a couple of days before what?” Cassey asked.

“Until..... a couple of days before the end of humanity as we know it.” David said.

    “WHAT!” Cassey yelled.

“It's ok, thats only my theory. That comet might not even enter the Earths atmosphere, it might just pass by like most comets do.” David said.

“Phew, thats a relief.” Cassey sighed.

“Cassey? David didn't say that Earth wasn't going to be destroyed, it still could be. Thats why we should keep all possibilities open and we must never doubt anything for a second. We cant be sure of anything yet... all we can be sure of it that the random object in the sky is a comet. Nothing more.” Simone said.

“Oh, so that means the earth can still be destroyed? GREAT!!!” Cassey yelled.

“Uh.. lets not jump to conclusions, its a theory we don't know for sure.” David said again.

“Well anyhow, lets all go back to sleep.” Simone said.

    Chapter 9
    Mr. President

“Mr. President, sir.. We have a few visitors to see you, is it alright if we send them in?” A security guard asked.

“Yes, You can. I just need to put on my pants.” the president said.

Simone, Cassey and David walked into the Presidents office.

“Hello, Mr President, I'm Simone Campbell, This is David Crockfield and this is Cassey Wilkinson. I would like to discuss the matters of the comet thats coming.” Simone said.

“Hmm, What about the discuss in the Olympics?” The President asked.

“Uh.. No... I wanted to talk to you about the comet thats coming?” Simone corrected.

“Oh, that comet. Hold on, Putting on my pants here. Um, I think I have a file in my cabinet about a comet of some sort.” The President said.

“Uhhh...Ok, Thank You Mr President.” David said.

The President walked over to the filing cabinet and opened a draw.

“Hmmm, UFO and Crop Circles... No... Ahh here it is, Comets..” The President said pulling out a file with big black writing on it.

    Simone read the writing.

'Top Secret!' Simone thought to herself.

“Ok, I think that your comet theory is in here. Hold on, I'll read it.” The President exclaimed.

For centuries people have predicted that the Earth will be destroyed by a comet called Schwassman-wachman 73P. In cave paintings, people have found evidence of this. Modern day people also predict that it will be the end of the world and humanity as we know it in the year of 2012. However, people think that Aliens are warning us of this. The abductions around the world are another sign. They probe people so they can find their way back to our planet and warn us again, according to theory.
    The President read.

“Hmm, so your saying that the comet will hit Earth?” David said.

“Well, Yes.. acording to theory.” The President agreed.

“So why havent you told the world yet?” Cassey yelled.

“CASSEY! THATS NO WAY TO TALK TO THE PRESIDENT!!!” Simone yelled.

“No, it's ok. She's right. I know I should tell the world about the comet but if I do then everyone will be in a panic and everyone will go crazy! I don't want to worry anyone.” The President replied.

“So we're just supposed to sit here while our entire planet gets destroyed?!!?!!?!” Cassey yelled.

“WELL WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO?” The President yelled as he put the file back in the filing cabinet and slammed the draw shut.

“Something... Anything!” Cassey screamed. “Instead of just sitting here waiting for the grass to grown, or in this case the world to be destroyed!”

“Well, theres nothing we can really do. Is there Mr. President, sir?” Simone asked.

“Well, we're already working on an option.” The president answered.

    “What is it?” Simone asked.

“Well, NASA are building a giant space ship. Bigger then your everyday size one. The one their building is ten times bigger. It can hold one million people.” The president replied.

“Well, who's going on it then?” Cassey asked.

“Seventy people from every place, and every town, and every city, in the world” The president said, once more.

“So what happens to all the other people then, huh? Do they just wait and die when the comet hits!?” Cassey asked, yelling.

“It's our only option. The only problem is, If we can't find another planet to land on before the comet hits, and before we board everyone on the space ship, then.. Then the people in space will surely die anyway.” The president said.

“Mr President, So your saying – Even if we do make it on to the ship then we'll die anyway?” Simone aksed.

“Yes, unless we find a planet with oxygen, and a fitting habitat for us.” The president said. “ Our scanners have been picking up unidentified flying objects for a while now. I think their trying to tell us all something, but... well, I dont know.” The president said, unsurely.

“We'll have to start looking for another planet then.” Simone said.

“Yes, NASA is doing that as we speak.” The president said.

“Mr President, What do you mean?” Simone asked.

“Well, number one you can stop calling me Mr President, and you can call me by my real name, Jim. Ok? And second,What I mean is that the NASA service is out in space at this very moment, looking for a planet.” Mr president said.

“So, Mr President, umm I mean 'Jim'. What will happen to the Earth if the comet hits. Will the Earth be destroyed straight away or will various things happen first?” David asked.

“Well, the scientists of NASA say that there will be Earthquakes and Title Waves.” Jim said.

“Whats a Title Wave?” Cassey asked.

“A title wave is a massive wave of water, but its not like any normal wave. It's like a wall, it starts in the ocean, can be as high as a hundred feet, and just moves for sometimes up to, six miles, and it doesnt break until it reachs it's end point, or the place where it stops.” Simone answered.

“So you mean to say that its just like someone swimming down underneath the surface of the ocean and down to far and then all the water crushes them because of the water pressure being enormous?” Cassey asked.

“Umm, yeah, in a way thats exactly what I'm saying.” Simone answered.

    Chapter 10
    The Warning

    Three months later...

“Hey, how long until that comet hits now?” Cassey asked, as she grabbed a slice of pizza off the table.

“Well, three months ago we visited The President, so I'd say there's about a month left.” Simone answered, as she swallow a part of her pizza slice.

“Yeah, around month left.” David agreed.

“SO WE HAVE A MONTH TO LIVE!!??!?!!?!! GREAT!” Cassey screamed.

“Ok, no need to go mad about it... People are staring at you.” Simone said.

“Excuse me but did I hear you say that we all have a month to live?” a man said walking up to Cassey.

“Ummm...” Cassey didn't get to finish.

“Yes, she did, but don't worry. She's very disturbed. She thinks going out to get pizza is scary and acts weirdly.” Simone answered.

“Oh, good. I thought maybe an asteroid was coming to destroy the Earth or something.” The man replied, relieved.
“How did you guess?” Cassey asked.

“What so you mean the Earth, is, going to be destroyed by an asteroid?” The man asked, panicking.

    “No.” Cassey replied.

“Oh....” The man didn't get time to finish.

“The Earth isn't going to be destroyed by an asteroid but will be destroyed by a comet!” Cassey yelled.

“Are you serious!?!!??” The man screamed.

“Yeah, Since your going to die, I would pick up some groceries on the way home...” Cassey said.

“Huh? What good are groceries, We're all going to die.” The man yelled as he dropped his pizza slice and ran out of the cafe.

“Nice, What was that all about... You didn't have to scare him.. Now he's going to tell everyone.” Simone said.

Everyone around in the cafe started yelling and screaming.

“ITS OK... EVERYONES GOING TO BE OK!” David yelled.

“EASY FOR YOU TO SAY, YOUR PROBABLY GOING TO BE ON THE SHIP, NOT ME, OR ANYONE ELSE HERE!” A man screamed as he ran passed Simone, Cassey and David, sitting at their table.

“Hey, is that the president?” Cassey asked, pointing at the television.

Simone looked up at the television.

“Yeah, it is, and he's live.” Simone answered.

Simone, David and Cassey listened to what The President said.

“So, it's come to my attention that people are starting to worry about the comet coming to the Earth. I have been worrying about this myself, to be honest. Three people came to me, about three months ago, While I was putting on my pants, They wanted to know about the comet. They asked if it would crash into the earth and destroy it.” The President said on the television.

“Mr President, Who were these three people, what were their names?” a reporter asked.

“Simone Campbell, David Crockfield and Cassey Wilkinson.” The president answered.

“So what happens now? Is the comet going to crash into the Earth?” Another reporter asked.

“Well, according to theory yes.” The President answered.

“So how's that, He finally told the world about the comet.” David said.

“Yeah, good thing too, because if he didn't I would've opened up a can of butt kicking on him!!” Cassey yelled.

“Ok, no need to yell, and besides the fact of 'Butt Kicking', you wouldn't even be able to get that close to him without getting your butt kicked first, and it's no laughing matter!” Simone yelled.

“I was just trying to be funny...” Cassey said.

“Well, I just said it's no laughing matter.” Simone said again.

“The world depends on NASA to come through with this and find another planet.” David said. “Cause if they don't.. Were all doomed.”

After the dine in at the cafe, Simone, David and Cassey went to the hotel they were staying at.

“Can we please go and get something? Please, Just a soft drink!!?” Cassey yelled at Simone.

“No, your not getting anything from the candy store in the lobby, Nothing!.. Besides they don't sell soft drink at that candy shop and last time you got a soft drink you set a house on fire, I don't think it's a very good idea...” Simone explained.

    “Hey look!” David yelled.

Simone and Cassey turned their attention to the television.

“It's the President again.” Cassey said, as she sat on the bed.

    “Listen..” Simone whispered.

“I'm very sorry to say that... We are all doomed...” The president said, with a sad expression.

“NASA didn't find any other planets, and so far, it is absolute that the comet wont stop and is still going to hit Earth.” The President exclaimed. “We will still be boarding people on the ship and taking them to space, but very few people. There isn't room for everyone on the ship.”

“Mr President.. What do we do now?” A reporter asked.

“Well, we still have a month or so until the boarding of the ship and destruction of the Earth, So just go with your lives as if nothing is going to happen, if you can help it.” The President said.

    Chapter 11
    Unsuccessful

About a month later Simone, David and Cassey were in their hotel, watching and listening for any news about the space ship boarding and the Earths destruction.

Simone was staring out the window, sitting next to the radio, waiting for someone to say its time for them to go on the ship.
Cassey was asleep on the lounge and David had the news channel on, watching for The President to say something about it.

    “Anything?” Simone whispered to David.

“Nope, nothing..” David whispered back. “You?”

“Nope... Oh, wait hold on.” Simone said turning up the volume.

“Now to our case on the Earths destruction... When is the boarding of the ship, Mr President? And where is it?” The radio spokesman said.

“Well, The ship is going to be boarded in around three hours in London, Birmingham. Everywhere else in the world has already been done, accept for Australia, Melbourne... But the NASA crew will be getting to that place as soon as London is done.” The president said.

“Tell me Mr President, How did you get all the people to the NASA base and how are you going to get them all to fit into the space ship?” The reporter asked on the radio.

“Well, not everyone is going to be able to go on the space ship... Only seventy people from every place will be able to.” The President said.

“Then, What will happen to the rest of the people on Earth?” The reporter asked.

“They have no choice but to die along with the Earths destruction.” The President answered.

“Well, there you have it ladies and gents,The Earths being destroyed and theres nothing we can do about it. Hope you all have a safe trip to space and all others have a pleasant death. This is Tim Jacobs and I'm signing out of the 94.7 Radio station.” The reporter said.

    “So what now?” David asked.

“We pack our stuff and get going.” Simone answered, as she turned off the radio. “Remember the President promised us all a seat on the space ship.” Simone said.

“Well, theres not really a point in going on the space ship.” Cassey said as she yawned.

“Hmm? What do you mean?” David asked as he put his toothbrush in his toilet bag.

“Well, we'll all probably die anyway!” Cassey yelled as she got up off the lounge and walked into the bathroom.

“Hmm, You got a point..” David replied.

Simone, David and Cassey got all their things together and set off to the space ship launching pad.

“Its weird how the launching pad is right in the same place we are..” Cassey observed.

“Yeah, very.. weird.” Simone agreed as she wound her window down.

“Didn't the President say he was going to promise us a seat on the ship? And he said he was going to put the space launch in the U.K, Thats why it is in the U.K, isn't it?

    "..Hmm, Yeah.. Maybe." Simone said.

Pushing their things into the boot of the car, Simone, David and Cassey set off to the space Launching Pad.

Once they got there, they parked the car and got out.

"So how do we know where the spaceship is?" Cassey asked.

    Simone sighed.
"Um, it's right there." Simone said as she pointed up into the sky.

    "WHOA! IT'S HUGE!!!!!!" Cassey yelled.

"Well, what do you expect... it has to hold a lot of people." David replied.

Simone grabbed her suitcase out of the boot and started wheeling it to the spaceship.
    David, and Cassey followed.

Pushing and shoving through the crowd, They all made their way to the space ship.

"Mr. President, Sir... Were here.." Simone yelled.

"Oh, HI, Are you here to give me the haircut i asked for TWO YEARS AGO!?" The President asked.

"Umm, no.. Were not. I'm Simone, Simone Campbell.. You know, The one who came to see you that time, at the white house???" Simone asked, confused.

"OH! HEY!! I HAVE YOUR SEATS READY!!!" The President yelled.

"Mr. President, sir! Quick, come over here!" One of the NASA Workers yelled.

"Huh? What is it? Did i forget to put my pants on again?" The President asked the worker, as he looked down.

"No, sir, We've got some bad news. We, at NASA, have just figured out that the comet will be entering the Earths trajectory in a matter of hours!." The Worker said.

    "Say Wahhh?" The President yelled.

"Ok, let me put it in your language... 'Were all going to die'." The worker yelled.

    "Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" The President screamed.

    "It-s--" The worker was interrupted.

    "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!" The President screamed again.

"Mr. President, It's o-ok... we'll-l---" The worker was interrupted, again.

    "AHGHGHHHHGHGGGGHGHGHGHHHHGRGHRHGRHGGRHGRGRGHHGRGHRHHH!!!!!" The President screamed.

"Ok, Bill, there's no getting through to him. Your turn.." The worker said to the worker next to him.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH -- - - - - Well, that's enough of that, Who's up for an ice cream?" The President asked.

"Me, Sir, Me!" The worker, Bill, yelled.

    Chapter 12
    The Change

Simone, David and Cassey, were sitting in their seats on the ship.

"Why don't we play eye-spy?" Cassey asked.

    "Yeah, ok..." David answered.

"Ok, I'll go first. Eye-spy with my little eye, something, Grey? What is it?" Cassey asked.

"That's not how you play eye-spy!" David yelled.

"Just go with it!" Cassey screamed back.

"Just both of you - RELAX!!!!" Simone yelled over the top of both, David and Cassey.

"Ok, But seriously, I think you need to take a 'Chill-Pill'." Cassey said.

"Well, I don't want a 'Chill-Pill'!" Simone yelled back as she stormed out of the ship.

"Was it something i said?" Cassey asked.

    David shrugged.

"Mr President, This isn't worth it." Simone said, walking over to the President.

"What? I think trading my Ferrari in for this spaceship was an awesome idea!"

"No, Not that.. What?! You traded your Ferrari!!?" Simone yelled.

"Yeah, Well how else was i able to get this spaceship?" The President asked.

"Well, that's not important now, This isn't the end. I can feel it in my gut, we don't need this spaceship, were all going to live!" Simone yelled.

"What's that you say.. Were going to live!?" A reporter overheard.

"Yes, But your not blabbering it to anyone! Now get that camera out of my face, Yah PUNK!!!!" Simone screamed as she punched the photographer out.

"Ok, so what are we going to do then? Get a grass skirts and dance the hula?" The President asked.

"Um, No, but we aren't using the spaceship!" Simone yelled.

"But what about the comet?" The President asked.

    Simone sighed.
"The comet won't hit the Earth i can feel it." Simone answered.

"And what if it does.." The President asked, AGAIN!

"Well really, what chance do we have in Space anyway, I mean with no oxygen and stuff?" Simone asked.

"What's ox-y-g-en?" The president asked, again.

"AIR!!! DAMN YOU!! OXYGEN IS AIR!!!!!!!!" SIMONE SCREAMED AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS!

"Oh, well in that case you got a point." The President answered.

"Finally, You understand something!!!" Simone yelled.

"MR. PRESIDENT!!! THE COMET!!! IT'S HERE IN APPROXIMATLY 20 MINUTES!" The worker shouted.

"I just can't agree with you Simone, but your welcome to stay here, if you want." The President said as he walked over to the workers.

Simone walked back aboard the ship, Grabbed her suitcase from under the seat, and wheeled it out.

"W-Where are you going! You know there's a giant asteroid coming to kill the Earth!" Cassey screamed.

"Well, actually it's a comet, and no there isn't." Simone answered as she walked off. "You coming?" Simone said as she popped her head around the corner.

"Uh..Ok.” David and Cassey said at the same time.

Walking out of the ship, Everyone in the crowd gasped.

"What is Simone doing?" One woman asked.

"Why aren't they staying on the ship?" A man asked.

Simone walked over to the microphone.

"Mr. President, Sir, I'd like to say a speech, if it's alright." Simone asked.

"What, What about peaches.. Can i have one.." The President asked.

    Simone sighed.
"Umm, I just like to say that we won't be needing the spaceship today. What i mean to say is, That the comet is still coming but won't hit the Earth, I can feel it in my gut. So, whoever is staying behind, will live, those who go, have a risk of dying." Simone said.

"What? I don't believe it, I'm going to save my butt by going on that ship!" One man yelled.

"Well, Simone is my hero, So where she goes i go!" A woman yelled.

    ...
    10 minutes had passed.

"MR.PRESIDENT! 10 MINUTES!" The worker yelled again.

"Nice to have known you, Mr. President", Simone said as the President walked passed.

"What? It's not like I'm going to die or anything..." He replied as he, and his workers walked on to the ship.

Cassey, Simone and David, stood to the side of the ship, along with a bunch of other people.
A voice appeared over the speakers in the ship.

"Stand clear, I repeat, Stand clear. Taking off.”

    “BLASTOFF!!!" The voice yelled.

"Bill your not going?" Simone asked, walking over to Bill, the NASA worker.

"Well, i thought about what you said, and i decided to stay, I mean, if the Earth does get destroyed, then where else can we go? We haven't found anywhere else to go.. So i thought i might as well stay, because the people on that ship will die anyway." Bill said.

"Yeah, that's why I stayed... Also because the Earth won't get destroyed but yeah." Simone replied.

"Ok, It says on my radar that the comet will hit in fifteen seconds.

    NOW!
    “huh?" Bill said, confused.

"I told you that it wouldn't hit.." Simone said.

    "Why, How?" Cassey asked.

"Well, When i was sitting their telling all of you to shut up and relax on the ship, I got a cold shiver up my spine, i didn't feel right being on there. Then i have a vision that the comet WOULD'NT hit the Earth, and it didn't." Simone explained.

"O--kay, so what was the vision of?" Cassey and David asked.

"It was of the Earths axis moving slightly, and just so slightly enough that the comet would miss the Earth by about 5000 kilometers.. or so.." Simone said.

"How did you know it was true though?" Bill asked.

"Well, i didn't really, but i trusted myself and i came through. But there is a downside..." Simone said.

    "What?" David asked.

Umm, since the Earth's axis changed, and the spaceship went up on that specific angle, i calculated the distance between the Earth and the Comet and the Spaceship, and well..." Simone said.

    "What!!!" Cassey yelled.

"Umm, the spaceship is directly in the path of the Earth. In other words, the comet is going to hit the space ship instead of the Earth..." Simone said.

"Oh no, so that's why you said: 'It was nice meeting you, Mr. President'." Cassey said.

"Yeah! It's too bad for the people on the ship..." Simone said, sadly.

“Well, Nevermind... You were right, and they were wrong.. That's all we can say!” Bill said.

    “S-Simone.......” Someone whispered.

    “H-Huh??” Simone gasped.

Turning around to a bush behind her, She saw the President crawl out.

“Please, Simone, Please...?” The President said.
    “Please what?!” Simone answered.

Suddenly the president scrabbled to his feet and then said.

“Do you know where my pants are?”

    “Mr President!” Bill yelled.

“How did you survive, What happened?” David asked.

“Well, See I'm the real president. That was my identical brother who was impersonating me.” The president replied.

“I think It does!” Bill yelled, from the Theater Room.
Bill was watching “War of the Worlds” on his DVD player.

“Uh, Watch a crazy household we live in..” Simone said, as she handed David the camera.

“Well, With the new HD TV's, I never thought we'd get some many visitors.” David replied.

“Yeah, I know what you mean.” Simone sighed.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door...
    'Knock Knock Knock.'

“I'll get it Hun, Keep working on your UFO's.” Simone said, as she walked up the step and opened the front door.

“Hey! Simone!” The person at the door yelled.

Simone startled glanced at the person!

“Yeah, In the flesh!” The President answered. “And what have I told you? Call me Jim!” He added.

“David, The president's here!” Simone yelled.

    “Oh No!!!” Jim screamed!

    “What is it?!” Simone yelled.

“I forgot to put my pants on again.” Jim replied.
