• I sigh this morning. My life never seems to change. Always the same, always the same.......

Wait, what? You want to know about what I do? Well its very simple, I raise dragons. I know what your thinking, that sound like an awsome job, but it really isnt. I have to deal with tough to hatch eggs, screaming hatchings, and adult dragons that cant be controled. Take just last week for instance...

TalonTemper roared in anger and attacked HealingWhite. "Enough you two!" I yell as I wrap two different chains around their respective mouths. HealingWhite calmed instantly, but of course, TalonTemper was well named for she again tried to take another swipe at HealingWhite. XmasMaw manged to grab TalonTempers claw and then lead Healing white away as I calmed TalonTemper. Damn Ruby! I keep telling her that TalonTemper and HealingWhite wont breed! But will she listen to me? No!

I hear a small wail and know that one of the eggs had hatched. Leaving TalonTemper in her air pen I followed the wailing to the egg incubater. FlytePink, and PointedRed raised their heads as I walked in. They seemed to be pleased with themselves. The little sandy looking dragon hatchling looked at me as well and wailed for food. The wailing sounded a bit like a bird chirping, and from its sandy yellow coloring I was positive that this young hatchling was an Ochredrake. After helping to feed the young dragon I took it to the hatchling area where FemaleSoul, and FlatShield awaited me. The other hatchlings looked at me expectantly as I set the little Ochredrake down. It ran over to the others and immediately started to play with the little white hatchling. The black dragon and the stone dragon hatchlings had grown their wings, which meant they were close to becoming adults. They would need to be moved to their own pens soon.

I settle down into my little hut overlooking the dragon keep. Thinking that Ruby needed to name hatchlings, but she said that she couldnt because then she would have to go through the whole process of getting a name craved onto the tombstone. Like that was such a hard thing. She just didnt want to pay the money that cheepskate. I fell asleep to the flapping sounds of Ruby's few night time dragons. My last thought was that Ruby needed to come up with better names for the dragons.
