• Out of nowhere he appeared, drenched in black clothing with a sword held firmly in one hand. He had no name known to the public, but by his elegant mannerism and attractive features it was easy to pick him out from others. Just as expected his swift arrival overshadowed all entertainment scheduled by the king and sent all attending guest into a frightened frenzy of mass. They all knew what he had come for, for every time he did appear an object of great value went missing.

The crowd hushed itself as he began to speak. "I am assuming you all know why I have come." He said in a haughty voice. "And you all must also be wondering what I shall take this time," He continued, his voice becoming louder and more animated with each word.

"Tonight I shall take something that cannot be replaced, something of incredible value! Infact, so precious, it's priced quite high above the rarest of gem stones!" Immediately after he finished speaking the lights darkened, all that could be seen was the dim sheen of a polished pocket watch that was lost in the midst of the ruckus.

The king shouted heatedly to his horror-struck disciples, "Hurry, light tortures find candles! We need to catch this criminal before he strikes!" but unfortunately for the king, every last one of his guards have been murdered and stacked into a neat pile of corpses just below his throne. "Hurry! You have to hurry!" He shouted desperately. After a few minutes passed a large candle was lit in the center of the ballroom, with a man-like figure standing above it. "Within minutes I have safely stolen the king's most prized possession and live to tell!"

"Now begin looking my majesty, begin looking for what isn't there." Yet again the light vanished, but this time it only left confusion.
