    Introduction

Long ago, during a peaceful time where there were no conflicts between anyone and the world had achieved peace, evil clans rose against the king to overthrow him and turn the land into the exact opposite of what it was. These evil clans started out as one and formed into many. Now everyday the king’s army grows weaker and weaker and eventually will fall and the world will be flooded in darkness. Already half of what once was peaceful land had been turned into war ravaged, bloody, nothingness. The king prays for help as it is the only thing he can do about his peaceful kingdom’s inevitable doom.
    Part 1

    Section 1

Vel lives with his uncle and brother Krek on a farm. Vel also has a third brother, whose name is Blue, and is older then Vel or Krek and lives on his own in a house close to the farm. The three brothers’ parents were supposedly killed in an accidental fire when the brothers were very young, although Blue has mentioned a couple of times he thinks he saw a shadowy figure in the house who he thinks murdered their parents. The three brothers are very different in personality but almost no difference physically. They all had black hair, normal sized not too long and not too short and had the same facial features. The only difference was that Krek was the tallest, Blue was the same size as Vel but skinnier, and Vel was the most muscular. Vel had always been a born leader, his parents used to say that one day he would lead an army into war and win; Krek was funny but childish, stubborn, and mischievous he would always get in trouble but was pure at heart; Blue was the smartest and the wisest, he would always save Krek and Vel from trouble and was at the top of his class. But through all of this they all shared one important quality, they never gave up no matter what.
On one faithful, life-changing day, Vel woke up to the sound of the roosters in his uncle’s barn. Ugh, another boring day of life on the farm, thought Vel with no idea what was in store for him. Vel quickly slipped on his clothes and headed outside where his Uncle Jack had been working on the farm. “ Good mornin’ Vel” said Jack. “ Good morning uncle, is there anything I can do for you?”
    "Just this one thing.”
    “What is it?”
“ I want you to go to the city to buy some flower. The mill broke down so we’ll have to buy our flower until the town fixes it up.”
“ The…The city? Yes! I always wanted to go to the city!”
“Well today is your lucky day.”
And that was only the beginning of the luck Vel will have on this day. With such excitement Vel packed his bag with the money he needed. Running all the way to the city. Vel looked at the city gate with such amazment. Wow! This is unbelievable! Walking through the city, Vel stopped at whatever he thought was amuzing, which was almost everything. After Vel had his tour of the city he remembered his errand and ran to the market. I wish I could stay more but uncle will get mad at me. Just before Vel was about to exit the city he found an old book on the side of the floor. He picked it up an began to read:
    March 21,
We had just defeated a group of raiders who attacked the camp, we killed them all and only me and captain were left of our squad. Our iron armor was practicly destroyed and swords and spears are almost useless. I probably wont make it back and the kingdom will probably fall. Its all useless we’re all doomed…

Vel instantly knew it must of belonged to a deceased member of the royal guard. He also read about the clans which had been explained in this journal. Vel was shocked and enraged, he couldn’t believe it. The kingdom was falling and death was inevitable. But because of Vel’s personality he couldn’t stand this. No…this can’t be happening. How, why didn’t uncle tell me? He was in the Royal Guard! Vel ran home with only fear and stress in his heart.
