• Amy walked.

The murky water of the swamp sloshed around her boot-clad feet, but still she walked. Dank smells of decay wafted around her, but still she walked. With her new white dress now a new dark green, stained from the dirty marsh, she walked. The long black hair down her back was crusty and the tips slashed against her thighs, but still she walked. She couldn't see a thing. She didn't want too, the dark suited her just fine. The only thing she caught a glimmer of was a pair of glowing, yellow eyes. A smirk played around her mouth. As the eyes advanced, her smile grew and grew, until there was a grin plastered on her face. When the beast pounced, she only had one thought. I hoped I taste good.
