• Looking down, I saw the ground was a mile way, that’s properly were my thoughts were too. I looked to my side and saw a golden eagle flying by me, enjoying the wind as much as I was. I stopped, taking in the freshness of the air, and then shot straight up, through the clouds and up until breathing got hard, which was unusual because I didn't have to breath, the gills at my neck sucked in the air. After a while of flying I realized that the eagle I had for company was gone. I missed the way it flew with me, not caring what I looked liked, unlike the humans below, who tried to but me in a cage and do tests on me. Humans, I thought, always with the tests, couldn't they just get along with as celestial beings, it's not like were monsters, we just want to help man kind. So what if I have wings like an angel and feet like a hawk, I'm just a girl (with unnatural powers and control over plants and animals).

Then something strange happened, I started to fall, I tried flapping my wings, but to no affect. I looked down and saw the clouds coming closer and closer. As I fell through them I looked back and saw that my wings had shrank back, to small to catch me falling. After I was out of the clouds I left a cloud trail behind me. I closed my eyes, the wind was too strong to keep them open. I started to pray to Loloko, my god. If only he would listen to me for once.

I could feel the wind blowing back my long light blue hair and sense the ground coming closing. I braced for impact, keeping my eyes kept tightly shut. But the impact never came. So, slowly and cautiously, I opened my eyes only to see nothing but blackness. I tried to scream out, but no words were produced, in fact, I couldn't hear anything from an owl hooting to a mouse squeaking. I tried to reach out, for anything, but couldn't get a grasp. I tried to move but was unable. Ether that or I was floating and, having no other background except for darkness, couldn't tell that I was moving. Then I heard a voice, a harsh but in a way soothing voice, and, even though I never heard it before, I knew strait away it belonged to Loloko.
He said "Kasumi, don't be scared, us celestial beings were made for this. Trust me when I say you will be fine".
    "Where are you?" I asked.
"Always with you, no matter what"
    "Help me. Please"
    "I will. I promise"
    "When?" I asked
"Soon" He answered, "All you have to do is look down". Then he was gone.

I did what he said. I looked down, or what I hoped to be down, and I saw, what was the first light I had seen in ages, hours even (well that’s what it felt like to me). The light started to spread, converting the darkness into light. Soon it rushed past me and all the darkness was gone. Then everything fell into place, the wind the clouds and the ground, then I started to fall, at an even grater speed then before. I had to close my eyes again. The wind got stronger and stronger, I started to feel dizzy. I was fading in and out of consciousness. I opened my eyes for a quick second, saw the ground and feel unconscious from lack of air.

I shot up into a siting position and looked around the room. It had creamed coloured walls and green-bluish floor. How did I get here, I thought, last I remember I was falling. I saw that I was siting in a bed that was next to the wall, it had two pillows were I would but my head and the blanket was half on the floor, half on the bed. I could feel sweat running of me and the clothes that I'm wearing stuck to me. I wondered how I got into these clothes, I mean I wasn't wearing them when I fell unconscious. They were blue and white, the white being clouds, and my shorts, well, they were just that, shorts (by the way, I was freezing). I could see the other furniture beside the bed as well. There was a wardrobe in the corner of the wall that held the door ( if your wondering, the door is straight across from the bed which is near a corner) and a light brown wooden desk that was a clean as clean could be with a black chair that looked like leather from were I was. The desk and the chair were right beside the cupboard leaving no further room beside the door, but in the opposite corner to the other furniture, there was nothing there at all, leaving plenty of space to do other stuff or to put other stuff down.

It took me a while to realize, but I finally remembered that this was MY room. In MY house. I looked at my back and saw that there were no wings, I looked at my feet, they were human. Was it all a dream, I asked myself, but it felt so real. I swung my feet around so that they were hanging of the edge of the bed, and just sat there for a while before standing up and walking to the door. When I got to the door, I turned around to look at the bed and saw a flash of white. So, slowly, I walked to back to the bed. When I got there saw what made the white glow. Lying on the bed, just before the pillows, was a pure white feather.
