• "So, stay in my memory,"

Rizuki woke from his restless slumber, he was glad to be back to reality considering that his sleep consisted of memories that he had forced away. He had not thought of those events for years but all of a sudden they flooded back to him, he was in a daze because of them. As he opened his eyes he only was able to take in a haze of different shades of green. Rizuki had to blink a few times in order to clear his vision enough to make out trees and the wildlife around him. He drew in a few deep breaths to fill his lungs with fresh air to clear out the putrid smoke he had inhaled before falling unconscious. It was his attempt to sit up against the rock behind him which brought to his attention the raging headache that he could have only developed while unconscious.
After taking in his physical well being, he began to focus on where he was. Rizuki was laying on his back, looking directly up at the canopy of blooming trees. As he analyzed the green leaves, he noticed he could barely make out the sky through the branches, he thought he remembered being here, it would have had to have been night for him to be sure. It was then that he turned his head to the right to see a stream. He knew exactly where he was.
His eyes widened as the memories once again rushed back to him, he had believed that it was only coincidence that he remembered these events after so long of pushing them out of his memory. He noticed a reflection in the still water of the stream, his head shot up to notice the woman who had taken him hostage a crossed the stream. His express dulled, he didn't want her to know how he felt about his area. "Well well well... I guess it wasn't just a dream," his voice was as dull as his expression as he propped himself up on his elbow and pushed his back up against the rock behind him, finally in a sitting position. He rubbed the back of his neck, "so, why are we here?"
He watched her move gracefully into the water, he armor was now completely off and she was wearing a tattered light blue dress that clung to her torso and casually loosened from her hips, giving her leeway to walk. As she reached the middle of the stream it only reached a little above her hips and she smiled evilly. "What? Are you saying you don't remember this place, Rizuki?... If I do remember correctly... And I do remember correctly, you once called this our sanctuary," she watched with amusement as his eyes widened and realization had sunk in.
"M-Maria?" Rizuki whispered, his jaw still open with amazement that she was alive.
"Actually, it's Kira now..." She smirked.

    "You can hide out there..."
