• Amazingly atop a snowy peak -a place abandoned by all but one- lived the ugliest maid in all the world who slaved day after day to keep sparkling clean the Ice blossom motel, a sanctuary to the ancient and powerful family of snow jack-a-lops. They were her only friends. Being magical creatures they decided that in exchange for the girl looking after the mountains only shelter, they would grant her any wish she could desire. Her first wish was to be able to withstand the freezing cold. So they designed for her an enchanted pink frock and white stockings to keep her body and legs warm. Her second wish was to be the best maid in all the land. She receive the best uniform dirt resistant shoes, a snow white apron, a collar, and a hair piece. And finally what the girl really wanted was to be the most beautiful woman in the eyes of the jack-a-lopes. They were very pleased by this wish, giving her long blossoming hair, blue eyes, and of course the antlers that the creatures prided about themselves above all other things. But she was still not quite that pretty. To make sure the girl would keep cleaning and never abandon the mountain like so many other had, the Jack-a-lopes made it to where every time the girl cleaned she would increase in beauty. She said they didn't need to make cleaning a requirement to keep her there, but that she already wanted to stay with them more than anything.Two more years passed, and by this time the girl was so radiant, her snowy white friends thought of her as a goddess not only due to her intense beauty but her immense kindness. She stayed with them always, and continues to grow more and more beautiful to this day.
