• It was the last day of drama class and we had to perform the plays we had been working on for about a month. I was playing the role of the great great great great great great (you get the picture) grandma from the play The Kiss of Death. Everything went well until we reached curtain call. My curtain call was that I forgot about the curtain call because I was so old and then had to run out onto stage. Oh, and by the way, our costume manager had forgotten our shoes at home, so we were doing this all in our socks, which is difficult on a stage. Anyhoo, I ran out on stage like I was supposed to do, and slipped because of my socks. I ended up sliding into my friend Andrew and we slid all the way to the other side of the stage, knocking down some props in our way. I was totally embarassed because we had to perform this in front of about 200 students, the total of all the drama students from all the classes. And to top it all off, my teacher taped all the performances and showed it to the rest of the school at our memories assembly. I was pretty much mortified that I did that and noone ever let me live it down.
