• I woke up this morning, and stared at my Doctor Who seasons one to four dvd box set. And it raised the question... How many beginnings must someone go through before they reach their end? Like David Tennant, better known at The Doctor. He began being The Doctor at the end of season one, and announced his leaving at the end of season five. An amazing actor who will truly be missed, however... As soon as the question popped into my head, I thought about his companions, how long or how short of time they spent with him. Their reasons behind leaving, what they say about him, everything. Which branched me from The Doctor to their lives, accomplishments, beginnings, ends... Deaths... Which in turn brought me to myself, and how I'd been doing in my own life. And if you think about it there are many beginnings all around us, from relationships to school, from birth to death, from getting a pet to work, the list goes on as you can imagine. Some beginnings could end, but not in a bad way, for instance, a boyfriend girlfriend relationship could change into a marriage. And if you have read this far, I thank you for following the ramblings of a teenage boy, but ask yourself this... How many beginnings do you have? Which do you want to end before your end? Which do you believe will end before you would like it to? Or better yet, think about how many you'd like to have end before your own end. My advice... Well for me, it is easier to think about this sort of thing out on my porch, either standing and looking out on the yard, or laying down and gazing at the stars, imagining the infinite possibilities...
