• "Love Till Death"
    by natasha aka cherry

    Standing on the cliffside
    Watching the waves
Your feelings of sorrow, grief, and hurt, you try to hide
For the gift you gave away, was regretfully wanted back

    You wonder
If the jump is worth it, to hear his voice, just again, just ONE more time
As you hear the roaring thunder
You decide, it has to be done

As you take your shoes off, you hear again
His voice, rather, your epiphany, shouting at you
You scream at that voice inside your head, to defend
And only to defend the love you have for him

Then, you think, that this isn't about feeling sorry for yourself
You just want to hear his voice telling you not to do some dangerous act
You want, you wish, you hope that he'll come to help
But you know he's somewhere in the world, where he'll probably never come back

You take the dive and as you do you smile and feel the pleasure
Of not just of hearing his voice, but at the race of your heartbeat
Then a thought hits you, "why have i gone to the deepest measure?"
You don't plan to answer that question, for you know you won't make it

    You hear it
Again, and again; it tells you not to drown, to swim toward the surface
You ask "it just doesn't fit"
This is edwards voice, but i hear, someone else...

But it wasn't edward that saved you from near death and probably hell
Jacob, beloved jacob saw the bargain you made
If it wasn't for edwards love, your life, would you sell
So he swam, swam, and saved your life, but yet...

You still don't love him in that way
    Jacob, your best friend jacob
    He wonders every single day
Why with a vampire, whom you have fallen in love with
He still doesn't understand why you love Edward till death.
