I never had the chance to tell you
How I really felt about you

But now that you're gone
I can never get that chance
To tell you I was crazy about you

Why would you?
How could you?
You knew you never wanted to let me go

But I never acted the way I should have
When I was around you
Neither did you

But I guess it was the best
For you
And never for me

Now I can't go on with out
You in my life

I have no purpose
For walking up to your door
And knocking, asking for you

You would answer
And say go away
But I never did

I write my poems to get my sadness out. Most of the time when I write poems, I am crying. I have a low self esteem, so that really helps me write my poems. I'm not telling you to go get a low self esteem, cause please don't. I'm just saying that when I post I usually get rated on average of 3. Most of my poems are dark spirited or cruel, the only one that not is the I want some kitty food.
