• Insomnia

A tall, slender figure walked with a graceful pace, wearing a dress of raven black.

Beautiful with pale flawless skin, and long, cascading hair of ebony. Deep, gray blue eyes looked as if they held thoughts of grave misery.

Wandering like every other cold sleepless night through the beautifully elegant, yet eerie manor; tired of being confined within walls which held such agonizing and unbearable memories.

The dimly lit halls seemed endless, as endless as the thoughts which ran through her restless mind. Thoughts which were excruciating and brimming of pain, sadness, and remorse.

Sleep barely came during those cold, dreary nights. How could anyone rest with such a weight of sorrow, and of and thoughts so morbid.

Only one solution would make the agony leave; and with that, sleep will finally come.

Found the in the darkened, candle lit bathroom, laying in the tub; she was covered in her own blood, which was illuminated by the flickering candle light.

Her sorrows were finally washed away with the crimson blood that oozed from the gashes of her pale flawless skin.

    Sleep had finally come.
