How you think is not the same as me,
I like to think ahead because I like to plan what will be.

Things are changing but yet they always seem to stay the same,
Don't worry, you're not the one to blame.

The things we all do, and the things we all say,
That's what makes things happen that way.

well basically I think this is very meaningful but I think you should try using different wordplay and more metaphors and it could give ur poetry a more artistic feel ^_^.
