• Some may say that paradise
Is a place where the moon shines bright
    A pretty lake sparkling clear
    All around a beautiful sight

    A grassy meadow swaying softly
    Blooming flowers hypnotizing
    Colors singing to your senses
    Things around you mesmerizing

    No pain, no feeling
    No depression
    No hate, no horrors
    No aggression

Some may think the land described
    The painless beauty of paradise
That is where they'd like to stay
But to me, I see through the guise

    Without the pain
    How could we feel?
    Without the hate
    Where is the appeal?

    I don't know true paradise
But I'll keep searching, far and wide
For without the bad, there is no good
    Without emotions, we have died
