• She was blinded.
    Absorbed in hatred,
    Hatred of herself.

    Her eyes swelled with tears
    as she continues on.
    Living a dysphoric life.

As she looked into the mirror
The tears rolled down her cheek.
Her eyes trailed off in digust.

    In her room,
    She wept for hours.
    Her cheeks became sodden.

    She had enough.
    This life was too much.
    There was nothing that would
    bring her to smile.

    Holding the knife high,
    she saw her reflection,
unknown to her, a very sightly one at that.

    Biting her lip
as she pressed the blade in.
    The blood spilled out,
    and she was free.
