Every day I continue to see
That love was never meant for me
I'd find a girl and she'd follow along
But everyone sings the same song
"I like you, your nice, but you're my friend
It would be awkward , it has to end"
So we became friends and i find it strange
That we never talk, that our lives are estranged
I ignore it and move on, sadly at first
But i soon realize my life isn't the worst
I have close friends to help me through
And I forget my sad past and start anew

- Ugh. More shallow and pathetic mush garbage. Acquire more talent before trying to write something. God damn this poem, if you can even call it that, sucks. Rhyming strange with estranged? Get the hell out of here and buy a dictionary if you can't think of something better than that. The imagery is bland, the wording is extremely plain and simple. I find almost no artistic merit in this failure.
