    The next poem I write will have cherry blossoms
    Surrounding it, blossoms so perfect
    I can't even begin to fathom. My love will lean against
    The tree and whisper in my ear, "Aishiteru
    Itsumo demo zutto." The next poem
    Will have music in it, too, and all the symbolic instruments
    In the entire country of Japan; and a beautiful, lush
    Garden Stretching for miles throughout a forest.
    The next poem will have a temple
    And a statue of Buddha, Glorious and giant,
    Ancient markings and incense burning bright,
    Lillies and wild flowers surrounding the deck.
    There'll be a priest praying in the next poem;
    And a festival where Golden
    Kimono girls dance in tune with one another.
    Oh, The next poem I write will be gracious!
    But there won't be any crying in that poem,
    I'll learn to be strong.
