I Am

• Description: Just a little poem I wrote trying to get in tune with nature. I love nature, it's just awesome. I also wrote this in my perspective on life [obviously!] =D So, yea.. as you can tell I usually like to write in free verse. =D

I am the wolf howling your name to the moon
I am the fox, the cleverest being you may ever know
I am the bear who would do anything to keep my cubs safe
I am the Hawk who flies high above the trees searching for prey
I am the Owl who is wiser than anyone shall ever know
I am the Mouse teasing all the cats
I am the Shark, please don't fear me for I am only misunderstood
I am the swimming clown who brings joy to the reefs
I am the Panther, black as night but ultimately beautiful
I am the Snake, winding my way through the outskirts of this world
I am fire, I bring the end and renewel
I am water, I bring the gift of exploration
I am earth, you belong to me for I do not belong to you
I am air, I bring the oppurtunity to blow all your troubles away
I am the moon, the tide beckons my every call
I am the sun, the birds greet me every morning
I am the reflection in the mirror revealing your true nature
I am the lover, making you understand the meaning of unconditional
Who am I? I know who I am!
I am me and always will be!
So who are you? Do you even know?
