• We fight and we argue all for little reasons
Our wars continue throughout the seasons
    We fight until no end
We destroy and yet no amend
When peace comes, we always resist
If we continue like this we won’t exist!
So why don’t we all get along like when we were little?
    Instead, each other we belittle
    Why is it like this?
    As elders reminisce
    They remember war
People now say it’s nothing like that anymore
    How wrong they are
On this generation was placed a scar
A scar that tells a story
    It tells of men’s glory
    Of their pride
    And how they died
And how they fought for meaningless things
Just so they could pull the strings
    The truth stays hidden
    And to know is forbidden
    We could stop the fight
    But instead war we incite
Death comes quick to those who go
And I think they’d like you to know
    They were proud
    For they had vowed
    To protect us all
    Though some fall
    We may too
    Thank you
