• Seasonal Dance
    Inviting is the Summer breeze
As I dance with bumble bees
Its lovely flowers become a harp
Their petal strings demand my heart

With this I twirl into vibrant fall
    heeding Autumn's soothing call
Red, yellow, and orange a brew
These timely colors declare me too

Another season, this one in frost
Inside it's wonderland, my tango is lost
Though revived by the sound of bells
As I'm reeled in by Christmas smells

    Spring then makes itself known
A quick-step through the half melted snow
With welcome nostalgia I am filled
while my skin is gently chilled

Through the seasons I do waltz
    Persuaded by my many faults
Promise of love and laughing rings
As I begin my dance again.
