I could say that I need you, more than anything,
I could say that you're so sweet, you have me on a string,
I could say that you're my light, my first flower in spring,
I could say so many words, but I don't feel a thing.

I could say that you're my heart, and that I always knew,
I could say that you're my dream, you're my skies of blue,
I could say that you're my life, and I'm here for only you.
I could say that I'm in love, at least, not with you.

I think it's absolutely amazing, but I personally think it would be best if you changed the last line to "I could say that I'm in love, at least, but not with you" just add a "but"

You know, I've never understood why elementary and middle schoolers dated. or freshman! This poem reminded me of that. I guess I just know that I won't fall in love with anyone for a while, and I don't need to, and I'm ok with that. I love it. smile
