Love can be a wonderful thing,
it makes you swing it makes you sing.
But love isn't what it's said to be,
believe it now take it from me.
Love is a cage and a collar to fit,
it leaves a mark.
A mark to remember and regret,
you live and you learn not to forget.
For if you do it won't end well,
you'll fall and burn in the pits of hell.
Love isn't what its said to be,
it makes you cry and makes you scream.
Your life will end all is not well,
you'll sit there and burn in the pits of hell.

- The truth of this poem is within the lines, hell is that of an old place, a dark place I dwelled in for a long while. The cage, is that of the relationship, the collar, is the bond of the relationship. Within every relationship is a dark secret, and within every poem there is the darkest meaning.
