Most people go to heaven
Most people are happy after they die
Most have happy endings
Not me
No happy ending
No heaven for me
Hell is where I'm going
My soul shall burn for all eternity
I will perish for my wrong doings
I will pay for what I have done
That is my punishment
I shall take it with a smile on my face

Not necessarily, sometimes it can make it more exciting, depends on the emotion put behind the poem. This one had depression and hatred behind it.

This is a good poem, but I can't seem to read it without picking up on angst and self-pity. Keep in mind that the usage of "I, me, my" in writing can bore the reader.
