i'm sitting in this hallway, walls so white,
people lined up to see you, in the middle of the night,
i come in the room, and starts to cry,
tears like waterfalls, falling from the sky,
i see you in bed, looking asleep,
hopping you will wake, to wipe the tears o so deep,
you have yet to get up, and i still cry,
as i sing you, a eternal lullaby
