• Once and done are the patterns of this life
Twice and again do the ways of fate unfold
Thrice and forever through the pain and strife
So ever after will our lives unfold
The weaves of fate do twist and twine,
About the feet of thee and thine
So once again we walk this path
And suffer not the sin of wrath
That day should come to mortal end
And from fate though should defend
For nothing lack of nothing gained
Ere long we find the end of this game
Though we are always tempest tossed
The path that brought us has left us lost
And though we draw unsteady breath
The last friend to greet us is always Death
