I beleive you could only have gotten them at a certain april fool's day event a while back.

Last year on April Fool's day, if you deleted your character making you a grey shadow, and then opened a blue box which would explode in your face(for most people it would make their face black with white surprised eyes) and a deleted character would get just the black face and green glowing boxers. This is known as the Invisibob glitch

Another one you can get is the Invisibone glitch. It's caused by equipping the Dragon Bone Helm as a belt on females only. I think they fixed this one though...
