We're happy to announce some major updates to Runway's entry fees and prizes that will take effect on August 1st, 2024!
Prizes to our top 10 will be updated across all three contests. Platinum winnings will increase, and we will return to awarding a total of 10,000 Gaia Cash per day between the GCASH and GOLD contests!
Every prize for FREE will include enough Platinum to cover GOLD's entry fee, and all winners in GOLD will receive enough Gaia Cash to enter GCASH.
Additionally, we have already added a new item,
Runway Voucher, to the prizes for the top 10 in GCASH, top 5 in GOLD, and top 3 in FREE. Winners from yesterday's contests were the first to receive this item, and will be able to use it as an alternative to the 50GC entry fee for the GCASH contest on and after August 1st.
The Runway Voucher is not just limited to Runway winners! This item will be a permanent addition to the Cash Shop! Also, those entering contests will earn a Runway Voucher for every 1500 cumulative votes they receive across all of their entries going forward! This item is not soulbound, so it can be exchanged through marketplace listings and offers, trades, and gifts.
Keeping the above in mind, the entry fee for GCASH will remain 50 Gaia Cash, GOLD's entry fee will be increased to 500 Platinum, and FREE will be increased to 25 Platinum. With the introduction of the Runway Voucher and the increased payouts, we will be removing weekly free entries for GCASH contests going forward. We hope these adjustments allow these contests to remain accessible to everyone!
Your progress for earning each voucher will be tracked in the Achievements section at the bottom of your Runway profile. At this time, you need to manually collect the voucher when the goal is reached.
