Hello everyone,

This guild is like a self-help/ support group for those who are struggling with depression and anxiety. This guild is open to everyone, meaning you don't necessarily need to be dealing with depression and anxiety currently to be apart of the guild. People who want to help others can join too. The guild is open to all ages.This guild is going to be similar to an outpatient program, however, this is all volunteer and no one is paid. I want people to share resources. I want people to have access to as many resources as possible. I will be posting pictures from a cognitive behavioral therapy book that I like. There will be sign ups for three different people during the week, to share their current struggles and have the whole guild listen and provide support. I want people to share positive experiences or times they overcame their struggles.

Rules

1.No negativity or hatred is tolerated. (People are expected to be open-minded and respectful. People have the right to choose whether or not to take someone's advice. No fights, no arguments. Please communicate effectively.)

2.Please try to participate. (I understand people are busy. I do not expect people to be on constantly. However, you get what you put into it. There is no pressure. Participate when you feel comfortable.)

For now, just post and chat in Hangout forum until more members join and are active. Feel free to post in the Resources forum if you would like.
