**Introduction**

Welcome to Catgirl Adoption Home, The Guild. Here, all species and both genders are welcome and accepted. Inside you can do just about anything, so long as you follow both the guild's rules and Gaia's rules. Feel free to hang out, role play, discuss, and thoroughly enjoy yourselves. If you have any questions, please PM me or one of the guild's moderators.


**CAH, Old and New**

Some of you may have seen the Catgirl Adoption Home around, whether in Barton Town or the Commerce. The first and orginal CAH was created by Kite Strife on Thursday, June 26, 2003 in Barton where it grew to 11,230 pages. On March 18th, 2004, it was locked up by Stop Him upon my request and a new CAH was created. The orginal was placed into the Memorable Threads forum on March 21, 2004 and is back there again after being deleted due to a database error but the thread is unreadable, sadly. Now the original thread seems to have disappeared from the forum so you'll just have to take our word for it. The NCAH was created the same day as the old one had been locked up and has reached over 4,600 pages. When the new guild system come out, we decided together to make the CAH a guild, making it easier on everyone since the CAH had become a home and hangout for so many. Though the orignal CAH was lost and the new left behind, our memories of both will never fade and we hope to make new and inspiring ones. We also hope that new members will join the regulars in making the CAH the biggest and best it can be.


**Newsletter**

Because guild activity isn't as it could be, we have decided to impliment a guild newsletter. In the newsletter, several things will be announced which can include: member birthdays, guild/Gaia events, new adoptions, recruiting RPs, and more. It's not totally put together yet but we're getting it started.
exclaim If you'd like to be on the newsletter recieving list, please add the guild's mule, Sketch(CAHG), to your friend list. The newsletter will go out through PM and is not, for now, set up on a weekly/monthly basis. It's random, for the most part.


**Rules for Everyone**


1: Read each 'About' thread in each subforum so you know where to post certain threads.

2: No repeat threads unless it's in the spam subforum or the original has be locked.

3: In role playing threads, use IC (In Character) and OOC (Out Of Character) correctly so everyone won't get confussed.

4: Advertise only in the Links/Advertising stickie, the Spam Subforum, or while in OOC.

5: The main role play thread is for hanging out mostly. New threads may be creating for random RPs. (and you don't need to ask permission to make them from the mods)

6: Try to respect others and be friendly, especially the guild Mods and creater.

Also make sure you read Gaia's Rules & Guidelines and Gaia's Terms of Service. Violations to either can and will get you reported to a Gaia Mod.

We aren't being totally strict so please try not to do anything that may get you banned. :3

**Rules for Mods**


1: If a thread is misplaced, simply move it to the correct place rather than just locking it.

2: If a thread is out of hand and you feel the need to lock it, do so then move it to the Old/Unused Threads subfourm.

3: If a member will not obey the rules or is getting out of hand, give them a simply warning. If the member continues, you may ban him/her.
