EDIT: I've bitten myself since the day I got teeth..... I never understood why.... But it doesn't cause pain for me confused
I managed to freak out a camp counsler by biting my hand once biggrin

Heh...i did the rubber band one for 30 days as punishment...didnt do any good...but that's just me. You probably get used to it after a while, so maybe alternating between the ice cube and rubber band would be best.

its not exactly a pain, but i'll cut off my breathing till i fall onto the floor. still conscience, but for about two seconds i'm numb and deaf. and it leaves a good tingly feeling through my entire body,

but it kills brain cells...

1,)beat up things with a baseball bat, like a helmet, a dumpster, a cd player that no longer works... 2.)Listening to music (though i see many people have said that already 3.) Get someone to beat you up. That way, you wont be blamed for hurting yourself 4.) Bite your tongue, and eat salt.
