The Nurses Office

When you open the door, you'll find a room that's painted sky blue. There are two small sky blue couches on either side of the door. There are clouds painted on the walls, as well as actual clouds made of pixie dust floating throughout the room. There's a slight smell of lemon, but not too strong to make one want to throw up. You feel as though you're floating on air even though you're in extreme pain. You recognise that this is Nurse Lillian's signature calming spell! There are seventeen beds on each side of the room seperated by sky blue curtains.

Nurse Lillian's desk rests at the back of the room. Atop this desk are enourmous books on healing and the occasional deck of cards and bottle of rum. The desk is white as well and there are two closets on the far right and left sides of the room. The top shelves are stocked up with books on healing for any who wish to read them, while the bottoms shelves are stocked with elixers, bandages, and special healing powders. There is a single black cabinet that is full of all kinds of poisons. Only Lillain can open this cabinet with her dog tags. One is slightly bigger than the other and using it, she opens the cupboard.

Any student found lurking around near this cupboard faces detention for the rest of the school year.

Lillian opened the door to her office and floated in. She let the door stay open a bit if Rosa was following her. She let her feet fall to the ground and she began walking towards her desk. Lillian sat down and went over her checklist. All her stock was in and she smiled. She toyed with the tags around her neck.
"Alright...Poison check..." she muttered to herself.

Lillian got up from her chair and walked over to the single black cabinet in the room. She took off her dog tags, and pressed the large one into the small mold. The cabinet flew open and inside you would find thousands of vials of all kinds of poisons. Lillian looked over them and ran her fingers over a few. She picked up a vial of what looked like lime juice and took out the cork. She moved the vial away from her face and lightly sniffed. Lillian nodded in satisfaction before putting the vial away.

Krushenka swung the door open, but was grateful for the fact that it didn't slam against the wall. "Ms.Coates? Could you help us out?" she asked.

Hearing the door, Lillian immedeatly turned around and was in the air on the way to help the girl. "What happened?"

Krushenka let Ms.Coates take her place with keeping up Blackjack and flew towards a bed and moved back a curtain so that Blackjack could lay down easily. "Sprained ankle and a hurt wing. Can you help her?" she asked hopefully.

Lillian smirked. "Of course I can, silly girl." the faerie replied. She flew Blackjack over to the bed and left her there so that the boy or the girl could help her up onto the bed. Lillian went over to her cupboard and looked around inside for her bandages and 'Sprain-Away' Spray.

Blackjack stared at the room, feeling like it was both nice and painful at times. Was she wrong? Either way, it would help her.

"So this might be how I get to know this place." Deril smiled to himself, as he leaned on the door, thinking it a wall. He tightened the bandanna.

Lillian returned with a batch of bandages and her spray. "Alright, sit on the bed and I'll have that foot fixed up in no time flat." she said as she rolled up her dresses sleeves. Lillian then walked back to her cabinet and pulled out a special cream that would help the girl's wings. "I'll do this first." she muttered to herself as she walked back to the girl. "Alright Blackjack, take off the shirt. Blind-O, turn around." Lillian called to both of them.

Nodding, he understood the nickname, used to it, he then untied the bandanna, to show handsome grey eyes, and turned around for good measure, feeling for the wall, and keeping hold of it, so he didn't break anything. Someone was staring at him, he felt it on his neck. Stupid blindness.

Blackjack nodded lightly, and as soon as Derel turned around, she did so to get this over-with.

Lillian was quick with applying the salve to the fae girl's wings. Both for good measure, to make both stronger. "ALright. That's done. Now it's time for the ankle. You can turn around, Derel, and you can put your shirt on Blackjack." the nurse said kindly as she turned and picked up the bandages and spray.

Krushenka could not help but become captivated by his eyes. In a strange way, they were beautiful and unique. Krushenka tore her eyes away and focused on her friend once more, not wanting to apprear like some lovesick fangirl from a manga or anime...

BJ did as told and felt the pain slightly going away, a little still there from her wings, but oh well. It would heal anyway. Her ankle was overturned and black and blue. She giggled at her friend staring at Derel's eyes.

"Grandfather would have thought it was stupid, but he didn't grow up normally, though. 'Least I get a normal sort of life, sort of." Derel mumbled mostly to himself, as he sighed, and nodded, as he then listened for movement. How is it was evil to be blind. "Uh... Someone want to retie my bandanna? I can't do that without any help on getting retied once off." And that was why only haircuts had it taken off. Hands on the wall still, he found that he was turned around from where he was, at least.

Krushenka shot Blackjack a playful death-glare before folding her arms and laughing softly at herself. When the nurse told her to go tie Derel's bandanna, she almost turned red. Krushenka nodded. "I'll do it, if it's fine with you." she said easily as she walked towards Derel.

"Changeleing, will you go help him out?" Lillian asked as she shook the Sprain-Away. She rolled back the jeans Blackjack was wearing until her full shin and foot were revealed. Lillian sprayed her hands until there was liquid on them and began rubbing the spray onto Blackjack's entire foot. She then actually put the spray directly onto Blackjack's heel and bandaged it up. "Stay off of it for the next day or two until the Sprain-Away kicks in. If you feel any burning, that means it's working. If your foot feels normal in three days, come see me." the nurse said as she wiped her hands on her dress.

BJ nodded to the nurse. "Okay."

Darel nodded as he then felt with his hands to the wall, turning so she could tire around the back of his head. It was hard for him not to mess up if he did so himself.

Krushenka was careful with the bandanna. She tied it neatly around Darel's eyes and tightened it. "Is that alright?" she asked. A bit of Darel's hair brushed her hand. 'Whoa... I didn't know guy-hair could get that soft!! I wonder what kind of conditioner he uses... Krushenka thought as she waited for his response.

Derel smiled. A bit of an accent came through, like a mix of New York and New Jersey. His hair was naturally soft from the bandanna usually around it, and also like that from birth. "Yeh, just fine." He turned to her and smiled kindly.

BJ giggled and smiled, watching her friend and Derel exchange question and answer.

Krushenka smiled. "Good." she replied, returning a smile of her own. She turned back to Blackjack and then to Lillian. "Will she be able to fly?" she asked, worry still hanging on in her voice.

LIllian couldn't help but smile. How cute this moment was!! When she heard the question, Lillian looked back at her patient. "After a few more minutes, her wings should be up and running like normal. If you want to go now, you'lll probably have to carry her." she replied evenly.

"I'll help if I need to." Derel smiled and felt very useful in this respect. Nice to help people, he thought.

BJ giggled. Her friend liked Derel, she saw it.
