It has been over a year since I have posted these rules, and the guild is still dead. I am adding a requirement.

I find it REASONABLE to ask that ALL members are active enough in the guild to post at least twice a month. This is the minimum, and I may enforce more at a later date. What this means is, I will look at the length of time that each member has been a member. If you have not posted the required amount of times, you will be banned. There is NO point in me keeping those that are not active as members when there is nothing they are doing for us, for the guild. If you can't post, you can't stay. Bottom line.

For example. If you have been a member for FOUR MONTHS, you must have posted at least 8 times. I should NOT include a reply to THIS message, given that it is mandatory. But I will use total posts.

If activity doesn't increase within a reasonable amount of time, I will have to increase the limit.

Greetings Members of Serenity Rose:

There have been many issues lately in which I would like resolved. There are a number of people that are not posting, or have posted nothing. There are some not following the rules set out. There are many more that don't even read the announcements that I post FOR A REASON. For this to be a successful guild, we need FEEDBACK and COOPERATION. If you can't put in your own time to tell us what you think, or to post at all, you don't deserve to be here right now. Some of us crew are getting fed up with a few things, and now is the time to deal with them. Now you're getting our feedback, and you will either respond to it and abide by the conditions, or you will be BANNED.

-Put ALL of your poems in ONE thread. I have tried to address this before, but no one seemed to notice. I will not repeat my reasons for this, except that I said so. (If you need assistance in doing so, please contact one of the crew members.)

-POST. There is no reason to be in a guild if you aren't posting or contributing in some way.

-PLEASE be considerate and comment on others' poetry aside from your own. People come here to post their work to get feedback. That's the least you can do.

-Activity...When I say post, I don't mean you are safe from banning if you have posted. We are now giving each member two weeks from join to begin posting. Five posts just doesn't cut it. There is no set minimum, but soon, there will be. SO GET POSTING.
-If you are unable to log on, please be kind enough to say that.

All of the crew are sick and tired of the unactivity and no recognition of warnings and announcements. We are buckling down as we speak. As always, we welcome opinions and suggestions. If you have an issue or complaint with anything in the guild, say so. We will try our best to look into it.

I NEED EVERYONE TO READ AND RESPOND TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. IT IS NOT REQUIRED THAT YOU PUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT YOU DID INDEED READ THIS, BUT IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

EVERYONE HAS THE NEXT FIVE (5) DAYS TO RESPOND. After that, the guild Assassin will begin her next mission.

Also I kept two other's safe one at Dante's request and another at my own interest I do hope you don't mind, but I shall have to see about mine so don't worry it'll be finalized by tomorrow.

Yes, if you kindly tell us that you will be away, you will not be banned for your absense. It's not so much being on all the time (we do not expect that of anyone), but posting here and there when you can. Of course, those that haven't posted in months and months are another thing all together.

Okay, I understand. Sorry for not being on in a while. I have been pretty busy lately and haven't gotten the time to type out my newest poems. But I'll be on more now. 3nodding

Hmph... you know I'm here... I just would like you to know that there will be periods that I'll be off for long periods of time, and without warning and will not be able to give notice before I vanish... Please be understanding... I WAS one of the founding members of the guild, I shall remain active when possible, and I regret the lack of response to others' works, and I apologize, I shall have to make time sometime to read through all the new works posted. I'd also like to bring the issue of the competitions back to the surface. If we can bring this guild into a respectable condition, I think we should hold these competitions. It would be fun, motivating, and rewarding for all those involved. SOrry for the rant, but I'm just letting it be known that DANTE HAS RETURNED! *Wheels around on hte heel of his boot and exits to the Library of the Divine*

Me and Isis understand that and are trying to fix the problems caused. You are not the only one that it happened to. Three pages of people went 'poof' in less than 5 minutes ok. There was some....miscommunication and fury of 'poofing' that happened that neither myself or Isis could control as of the time. We are sorry for what happened, ok?
