Hello, I've been a fan of Doctor Who ever since I was born. The first Doctor I've seen and is also my favoirte is Tom Baker. My dad used to get the tapes from the libary and we'd used to watch them together and when we heard about the first season of Doctor Who we got the bootleg before it came out on SciFi channel. My favorite episode so far that I've seen would proboly be between The Three Doctors or The Five Doctors. I love it how in both of the episodes the second Doctor(Patrick Troughton, who also plays the priest in the original Oman movie) and the third Doctor(Jon Pertwee) always argued about eveything. One of my favorite parts in The Three Doctors is when Patrick is trying to find his recorder and Jon doesn't care saying we should go and Patrick is complaining that Jon doesn't have any taste in music. Sad that William Hartnell wasen't well to do much of a role in it. Also if many of us Doctor Who fans are Harry Potter ones they would have noticed that a couple of people from the movies went to Doctor Who. Moaning Myrtle(Shirley Henderson) in Love and Monsters as Ursula Blake, Bartemius "Barty" Crouch Senior (Roger Lloyd Pack) in Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel as John Lumic, and certnly not least Bartemius "Barty" Crouch Junior, or also known as the 10th Doctor(David Tennant).

Hey! Chief Chaos here. I've been a Dr. Who fan since I saw the first Dr. Who movie well over twenty years ago. My favorite Dr. is Tom Baker. Unfortunately Dr. Who is only on at approx. 1:00 AM on Sunday morning. I loved the new Dr. in the first season, we'll see about this other new one. I'm on Gaia because I'm watching over my daughter's activities here. I'm also an old school anime/manga fan and still follow along with the new stuff. I'm also a Godzilla fan. I wish they would animate some of the 2000 A.D. stuff but oh well!

I'm Sarah. I started watching the new series in 2005 and since then I've been hopelessly hooked. I don't have a favourite doctor because I don't feel I can pass judgement until I've seen all of them, but so far the ones I have seen: 3,4,9, & 10, have been great. I desperately want to see Torchwood but since I live outside the UK I seem to be locked out of the catch-up episodes on the website.

Hi! I'm Rose, but most everyone calls me Planck, Planckton, Dinker (deriv. Dingledork) or Danny. There are a whole helluva lot more, but I won't go into those, seeing as it might take... oh, say a day or two to list them all.

I'm a college physics student in Texas, where I consume huge quantities of uber-greasy Mexican food with my buddies. I can eat one and a half large pizzas and drink two liters of coke in under an hour. Proud of that. And my repertoir of scifi trivia is impressive. Quiz me! StarTrek, Stargate, Doctor Who, Infinitum, Down and Over, The Good Ship Marley Biggers, X-Files... Those are my faves. I'm a pretty recent recruit to the DW mass of raging fans, having been converted from a diehard trekkie by my Uncle Max, who literally duct taped me to a chair and forced me to watch three straight seasons.

My goal in life is to create a means of cheap and easy interstellar travel, and I'm working my butt off to get into SETI. Could I get any dweebier? Probably not, but that's okay, because dweebs are the ones who go farthest in life, right? Hyperspace and temporal paradox are my pet hobbies, and scerw Einstein and Hawking and all the rest of the scientific pessimists.

Hello all. My name is R.A. or Kageka - whichever. I was born in America in the late 80s, so I never had a chance to see Doctor Who as a child. But I watch the Sci Fi channel lots and when I saw the ad for Doctor Who my first reaction was "British sci fi! Yay!" because I LOVE British humor. So we watched the episode Rose and I've been hooked ever since. So, being a typical American, I looked on YouTube and have all the David Tennant Doctor Who episodes saved on my favorites, and have seen most of them at least twice, some more than that. Then I bought the first season DVDs as soon as I had enough money and watched it every afternoon until I'd seen all the episodes at least once, some two or three times. And because of that, all of my family is hooked on Doctor Who as well.

I would like to see the older Doctor Who sometime, but that might be hard considering I'm off to college in a year. (And I shall be getting my roommate hooked on Doctor Who, whoever she may be) Unless someone can point me to a nice free place to watch the episodes online.

So, since I have only seen the Ninth and Tenth Doctors, I have to say that my favorite switches day by day. I'm leaning toward the Tenth at the moment, but that may change.

As for my other interests, I am also a huge fan of the American TV show Numb3rs.I read, write, and play Sudoku for fun. I also have a job at the local Barnes and Noble, the money coming from which only feeds my Doctor Who, Numb3rs, and Sudoku addictions.

That was probably more about me than you ever wanted to know, but I don't care because I'm sitting in Web and Graphic Design, with not enough room on my school drive to work on my sound editing project and my hands are getting cold, so I had to do something.

And class is about to end, so I'm off.

Hi
Ohio gozaimas!
or thereabouts, great to be here with so many doctor who fans. William Hartnell is my God of all the doctors and the Daleks my soft spot in evil megelamanic villains attempting to rule the universe but I'm open to all religious persuasions!

I am Sword of Fate, AKA Jordan, AKA that Geek Over There. My best friend since 2nd grade (well, really since 3rd grade; we were mortal enemies in 2nd) stayed over at my house the night that the Christmas Invasion aired in the US and made me watch it. I've seen every episode since then (and will soon see more, because he's bringing old episodes with him to my Halloween/Samhain party on Saturday) and am officially obsessed. The Tenth Doctor is my favorite, if only because he's the only one I've seen (and he is impossibly good-looking). So far, School Reunion is my favorite episode. I am against any romantic pairing of the Doctor with Rose or any of his other companions, for reasons that would take days to explain. My absolute favorite quote (Immediately after seeing the Christmas invasion, I looked up Doctor Who on Wikiquote) from Doctor Who, not counting the one that is in my sig, is "Who looks at a screwdriver and thinks, 'Ooo, this could be a little more sonic?" My life outside of the computer and TV does not exist. (And have you noticed I like parentheses?)

Hey, I've been a Doctor Who fan for, ah... 4 years now, ever since they put the old series on ABC at 6:00. I haven't seen that many episodes of the old series, as some of the doctors (especially the 2nd one) really annoyed me. Though I think best of all time would have to be Tom Baker, though David Tennant is pretty cool also!

*waves* Hope to get to know you guys! I'm probably the younges one here... 15...

'Lo everybody! I'm Trislash, and I'm 21 years old... and I'm just recently hooked on the newer version of Doctor Who playing here in the States. I'm hoping that they keep it running for a good long time! I'm a big fan of the current Doctor (David Tennant... hilarious guy), although I am familiar with the 4th Doctor just a bit (thanks to research)... and I'm hoping to learn all I can from everyone who's seen the earlier iterations of the show!

Good to meet you all! ^___^
