@cat: this is why i do not go out with friends often. actually... i don't go out with them at all ^_^

it's a good thing we have a rant thread in this guild other wise i think some of us might turn homicidal (excluding those who already are)

My rant (well more of a list)

Thinks that i dislike
1) old people who insists that they're right and i'm wrong when it's obvious they're the one who's wrong. i mean the order is behind the counter !!! you don't take orders from behind the counter!!! They're not given to you because they're not yours. Doesn't matter if you paid for your order! The people behind you paid for their orders but they have to wait for it to be packaged. And you left. I'd assume you'd under stand that. So I see you leave and disappear into the back to get your order and the order in the front is gone!!!! Gone!! the person comes to pick it up but it's gone!!!!!!!! why? because you senile old man took it. so i call you and say "I'm sorry but you've picked up the wrong order. Can you please return it." I'm not pointing blame. Even though it's obvious it's not your order because your phone number is not on it!!!!! And then you say it's my fault? So it's my fault you decided to pay for your order. well that's new. And then you come in and tell my dad that I gave you the wrong order? How did I give you the wrong order? I didn't give you the order. You reached behind the counter and took it!!!! it's obvious it's not yours because you're numbers not on it and I did not say it's yours. If I do not say it's yours it's not yours. Why? because it's sombody else's!! I don't care if you paid for your order. That's not it.
2)when my dad says one thing and then says another. "I'm your father. you do what I tell you to do. You don't ask questions because you're my daughter." then. "You need to learn to ask questions. You are not a machine." Wow! I'm not a machine? I had no clue 'cause from the way you talk to me I sure do sound like one.
3)when my dad says something and means the opposite like "when you have time please do this for me." then two minutes later "I told you to do this for me. Do it now or you won't have time later." Well you said to do it when i had time. I'm kinda busy here.
4) When My mother decides to tell me about ways to make me look pretty. "You should buy this. It's good for your face." or "Buy this it'll make you look pretty" Like I give a flying $h*+ i don't care. so my friend is prettier than me. I don't care. If you think she's so great and pretty and loyal why don't you ask her to be your daughter instead? And know!! I don't want to smather this stupid cream on my face so I could look nice!! I don't want to wear those stupid jeans from china. I would like to buy my own clothes and dress the way I want to. And If i feel the inclination to dress in my pajamas so help me some holy person i will.
5)any multilegged insect that sucks my blood and turns me into a human buffet. They must die. and i hate it here. stupid things are everywhere. When I was living in new york i never had this kind of problem.
6)depressing people who like to make their lives seem worse than it already is. Well you life would be crap if you'd stop wallowing in your sorrows. If you'd go out and enjoy what life has to offer and forget about things that bring you down you wouldn't be cutting yourself and you wouldn't need to see a therapist! And i will not be giving you sympathy? Oh you've tried to kill yourself repeatedly? Well the next time you want to die and then tell me about it I swear i will personally deliver to the river styx myself. Oh and you're homicidal? Well take a pill and leave me alone. and your father beats you? well get emancipated stressed I don't want to hear about you lousy problems. I've got my life to take care of. You want sympathy go on oprah. maybe she'll give you some there.
7)people who are ignorant and flaunt it around. it irritates me to hear you make fun of something because you don't understand it. at least try and if you really can't don't insult it. yes new york is great. sure move there. no i don't particularily care you're a dancer. no i don't really want to see you do any moves in the classroom at the moment. and for the love of god go to the wizard of oz and get a brain!!! how hard is it to learn about the French revolution?!?!
cool people who try to be ghetto. you are not ghetto. stop trying to be. you are not even a real gang. such a bunch of poseurs (on that note i don't reallly like punk people who shop at hot topic and call other people posurs when they are one themselves. though i do like hot topic. they have very nice pins) I mean how hard is it to buy a pair of pants that don't sag to your knees and do your homework. And maybe get a job. you know highschool isn't going to last forever. You're only going to be 16 once. You won't be able to stay out with your friends all night and pretend to be black(even though your black but i mean gangster black) you're going to need to start building a life. and cutting school and smoking weed isn't going to get you anywhere (this also goes for the punk, depressed, and generally all the groups of school)
9) people who don't like to read. Read a book! it's good for your brain. You might actually learn something! reading is a skill that is required in just about every job you could ever get! with out you wouldn't even be qualified to be a bum.
10) teachers who can leave highschool behind. so your a highschool teacher. well you're not suppose to show favoritsm. and when you go through a midlife crisis leave it at home. you're old. get over it. stop trying to be 17. you could get as many plastic surgeries as you like but you're not going to look 17 anymore. and yeah. being buddy buddy with the more preppy and popular students aren't going to do anything for you. (this goes for the principal. yeah their cheer leaders. they're skirts violate regulation and still you're allowing them to wear it. how wise and fair our principal is ) well that's the end of the list for now. when i think of more i'll post it.

For god sakes you are 30 years older than him, can you not stop a 2 years old toddler? stare Yeah, ok, I'm his big sister, I'm 10 years older but when he goes into my room and turns it into a pigpen you'd think I'd be mad! You've just gotta discipline him right. Daily beatings, threats, blackmail - the works. Hell it worked on my brother, and he turned out great! So it should do the trick with yours (although you should probably wait until he's a bit older before commencing the beatings). biggrin

And with that I must announce that my dad is a heartless b*****d! I only really noticed recently, but every time we walk past a homeless person he'll point at them and grin menacingly. Then he'll make jokes about the homeless, in chinese obviously, before he tells my brother and I that that's how we'll turn out without a good education. It just pisses me off to see how he can mock the impoverished when he was once a poor refugee.

Inuyasha is teh most overrated show. rolleyes I have no problem with the show it self, just the rabid fans. @_@

3. Even given the above, if we were to allow them to engage in this activity, we would have to allow it for all religions. But how can we judge whether any given sect is a reasonable religion, or a Dangerous Cult? We can''t; therefore, we disallow conversion activities as practiced by *any* and everyone.

(Sorry if anybody is a christian, but that's exactly what I said). She answered by saying hesitantly, "I didn't believe in it at first... but then I slowly did." Riiiiiight. confused Well I couldn't see things from her perspective, blindly believing in something that might not exist. I'm more sceptical, which is why in the battle between religion and science, I choose science - the logical choice.

I have two family members who belong to the Falun Dafa cult (or sect, or whatever the heck crap of a denomination they call themselves).

I confronted and shamed her the other day on a three-way speakerphone call with lots of other family members on the line. I said, "... we're all family, why do you keep trying to convert us? I'm Catholic, I don't advertise that. are Christians, no recruiting ever came out of their mouths. are Buddists and are Atheists. They never rant about their philosophies. Show some respect and keep religion off the table..."

Two rants of mine.

This isnt including my rant on anti-inflation users -_-;; which I'm debating if I should post or not.

First:
Where the hell do people get off telling me how to value *my* ******** items! "Your is only worth 169k MAX!! this price guide even says so" Then they have the balls to refute me with "Well I havent seen it sell for that much."
Well I have seen it and sold the same item for 200k a few hours ago. My item. My prices. stressed stressed

Then "Well I saw someone sell there for my same offer" Then why the hell do you still have your offer and not that item then? "Well" then they post a price guide on me, and then try to persuade me to go for their offer that is no longer current stressed

If we were talking Nov03 or something I can see about maybe sliding a bit. But I mean s**t. People do this to me quite often and that's the best way to earn an instant-ignorelist from me. RAWR!

Second:
Random.. friendlist and guild invites. I am sorry, I think its great you have a guild and you want to have fun in there. But, I dont have time for guilds, I barely have time to vend. I spend more time in either bumping my thread, or a friends thread.

Friendlist invites piss me off. I don't know you. And when you send me a PM saying "Well I think you look nice. We should talk" almost every time they add me when I am wearing some ******** expensive item. Ever since putting on this Sash I woke up and got 12 ******** friendlist invites. TWELVE! stressed

haha 3nodding not neccesarily sure what the falun dafa cult is but really religion... don't care. but anyway cults are dangerous when you start preaching things that is along the lines of "the government is the agent of the devil we must stand agains them." or "Beware of those who blah blah blah" oops lost track of thought hehe sweatdrop anyways i asked a friend how she could actually belive this stuff expecially there isn't that much logic or evidence in it (in my opinion) aside from witnesses on crack (in my opinion) and she said that the point of faith is to be able to belive even though there is no solid evidence. I suppose there's some logic in that. and some thing that confuses me about the bible. If one of god's 10 commandments was "thou shalt not kill" then why did he order all the christians to kill the "heathens" in the holy land? either someone's been lying or that commandments should be written to say "thou shalt not kill unless thou kills a non-christian."
And I think that faith is part of religion. But so is fear. Like the fear of going to hell instead of heaven. which makes me think. There are alot of people in the world and alot of them are christians. Is heaven really big enough to hold every body? eek well that's my 2 cents worth (okay maybe 1/2 a cent lol. )
