VanRiku Dude... I just looked over your jutsu list. It is SOO tangled up... I gotta keep my pimp hand strong...
I'll go review ALL the jutsu list right now to make sure no one else is in the same situation.
-Van @Van-How is mine tangled up? like what should/shouldn't be on there? @Koji-I looked at the full list of confirmed C-Ranked Genjutsu... there are only two... one where the victims walks in circles and the false sight one... both uber pathetic.

Your taijutsu is messed up.
To learn a taijutsu technique- you need to also be the same rank in that style.
For example:
Jacky Chan has C-Rank Gentle Fist Style.
He can learn any C, D, or E Rank Taijutsu techniques within the Gentle Fist Style. However, he can't learn "Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms" because it is B-Rank.
When Jacky Chan becomes a Chunin and trains to become B-Rank in Gentle Fist Style he can then learn Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms and any other B-Rank techniques.
Also- you have one jutsu that does not have the right style with it, one unnamed style, a style to low in rank, and are randomly training a B-Rank jutsu.

You actually didn't loose anything. It just had to be put in the right format.
(Well your "Painful Sky Leg" training became "Chakra Enhanced Strength Style (D-Rank) which is the same.)
You couldn't use any of the technique you didn't finish training as it was lol

Oddly enough, Seika doesn't like being in the spotlight like shun. She's the type to plot your demise and strike in the shadows, Dragging your body in a dark corner and stealing your kidneys.
