  Pardon the sudden theme of posting MTG cards. It probably would be good for me to look a bit at the cards that exist, just in case Alex decides to help me create a deck of my own... especially since he would like me to get more into the game than I am now.

This sounds like it would be a good card to have. Certainly would make things interesting for opponents when they're laying cards down during the game with this particular card is in play.

Oh man... it would suck having to encounter this card. But definitely would be a good one to have in your own deck.
