ENDLESS JOURNEYS (O/A)

"All of that may be well and good and I thank you for playing along when you knew what was going on.". She backed toward Alec and Kerana her shadow merged with theirs. " But there still remains the fact that you have not introduce yourself, shown your face or hands. Further more I'm no Paladin, as much as I would like to claim that title I know they can't do this..." she Kerana and Alec drop through their shadows and emerged from a dark corner of their room. She couldn't help but shake the feeling that their plan has caught the attention of the person she had been running from. She turned to them and said,"Stay here!" she goes out the door and into the room next door which was the other room she reserved prepared some traps took a stance.

Nova thought something like this would happen but he didn't think that she could use her shadow to transport herself and the two students. It was intriguing to him that she could somehow use a deviation of Dark Magic. He knew of teleportation magics but those were rumors to most people. Forgotten magics at best. But she used her shadow And above all...she also displayed her ability to use Light Magic, a small portion but still Light Magic. Most interesting since it was unheard of or even impossible that someone could use both opposing elements.

Nova's hand reappeared from beneath his robe. She mentioned his hands. It seemed she was fixated on them. She was looking for something to identify him by his hands. Burns? Artificial hands? Or perhaps...a gauntlet of the sort?

The magic circle appeared on his hand once more and pointed towards the inn as it did before.
"So she has traveled back to the inn. To keep those two safe I assume." He said to himself. He was wondering if he should give chase instantly at the risk of having any hope of trust thrown out the window.

The little trip through the shadow realm did a number on Alec's stomache. For the moment the embarrassment he felt about being embraced by Kerana was replaced by deep concentration to not throw up on her.

"Oh man...I think I'm going to vomit."  

[Kerana]

Kerana felt a little dizzy when she got back in the room, So that's what that's like, kinda cool.
Her ears turned toward Alec "Alec are you okay? Do you need to use the bucket?" she was concerned about her friend. Yet she realized she still needed to get his clothes. She goes to the bathroom and spilled out of the window what ever nasty water that was there and gave it to Alec.

"I'll be right back." she goes next door to tell Trinity that she would be getting Alec's bag that was left in the woods. The original plan was Trinity would drag him into the woods and he would find his satchel and change. Yet plans changed. Kerana knocked on the door and opened the door, finding it surprising that it was unlocked considering the paranoid mood that Trinity seemed to be in. When she stepped in Shadow hands grabbed her and lifted her off the ground.

"Trinity it's me... please calm down. I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to pick up Alec's bag." she thought if this is how tense she is she better mention Alec would be coming with her just in case and so Alec wouldn't have to deal with this. "Oh and Alec is coming with me."

"Sorry Kerana, that guy has gotten me spooked. I fear that he may be the necromancer, trying to lull me into trusting him." the shadow hands let her go. "Thanks for letting me know, just be careful and stay away from him."  

[Kerana]

With that Kerana went back to Alec to see how Alec was doing.
"She's been a bit shook up by that mysterious guy we ran into today." She then soften her voice to a whisper, "Trinity thinks, it may have been the necromancer..."  

[Nova Blancke]

Nova shook his head. He needed to her to for-fill the prophesy. So with that decided to went towards the inn. It didn't take him long to reach it nor to get to her room. He had already ditched the cloak before entering the inn. She most likely had traps or some kind of surprise for him. After all she clearly didn't trust him yet. Perhaps an illusion would be better.

Thus it was decided. Combining his elements the Illusion knocked on the door, opened it and stepped in. The knocking and opening the door was in fact done by using telekinesis. By using another Illusion he hid himself in plain sight.

Alec finishes wretching and looks up at Kerana shaking his head. "Whoever he is I don't. Think he's the necromancer. I would've smelled something that evil."

Trinity's shadow hands reach for the illusion but can't seem to grab it. As soon as she found that it was working the hands withdrew. She had in mind that she would hold the man in place as she interpreted him but that plan seem to vanish. She draws her bladed staff weapon from the shadows, her glaive.  

[Nova Blancke]

"Traps...I see." The cloaked Illusion spoke when the hands tried to wrap around him." It seems you really do not trust me."

"There are many things I know and still so much I do not. I do not know who it is your are running but I know this." The Illusion said as he continued to march forward towards her despite her drawn weapon."What can you hope to accomplish by running?"

"It will keep me alive for one. Until I can avenge the ones who died, especially the ones you killed three years ago." She holds her weapon steady and takes a deep breath keeping a clear head. Her hands gripped it tight as he approached she started to channel holy magic into her weapon it glowed with holy magic. She tried not to show it but it was quickly tiring her. Her green glowing eyes showed no fear as she prepared for what would happen next.

The Illusion sighed."Not only are you wrong in your judgment but you're also using Light Magic all wrong. When you use it the way you do, it will drain you. "

The Illusion continued to walk. Nova was going to have it walk straight into her glaive. It would disperse the Illusion but Nova suspected that it would also leave Trinity tired.

Trinity slashes the illusion. She was going to kick the body off but didn't as the body dispersed. The first thought that came to her was it it can't be that easy. She tried to remain focused as she gripped her glaive the drain was gettng harder to hide. She backed up a little but the room began to spin she managed to stable herself ina corner, not sure if she should try shadow traveling or if she didn't have enough concentration or energy to do that. Regardless her glowing eyes were steady as her breathing slows a little. She wasn't sure what to do next but whatever it is wouldn't be going down without a fight and would be protecting the magic students. Her teeth shown as she waited for his next move.  

[Nova Blancke]

"You should stop this before it kills you" Nova's voice said from across the room. This time the real Nova appeared in the room. He kept his distance from the glaive. She couldn't hit him unless she or him moved closer.

The man was clad in blue. Most likely to match his waist length blue hair. His face was something you'd expect to see in story. Truly handsome or beautiful depending on which word you'd prefer best. His deep emerald eyes would be something you could get lost in. On each wrist he wore a golden bracelet with a large colorless gem in it.

"Just look at you Trinity. You'd go down in a fight without the opponent laying hands on you. You will destroy yourself unless you learn how to control that power of yours properly." "Nova paused but raised his hand in the air." This is how you use Light Magic. A radiant light shone from his hand illuminating the room completely. It didn't harm Trinity at all. In fact she would begin to feel rejuvenated from it.

"You're not-?" although Trinity felt a little rejuvenated and relieved that it wasn't who she thought it was. It was too much for her to take and she had drained more energy than she had replenished. Her glaive slipped out of her fingers and she rolled her eyes then fainted.
