Hi! My name is Carolina000 and I love all sorts of graphics. I had thought of opening a graphics site, but lack of time advised me not to do so. >.<
Anyway, I started with paint, now that I've got Photoshop I'm in love....^-^
I am trying to learn how to DRAW manga on paper, since myhand isn't very good when it comes to using the mouse...and I make pixel avatar sprites if they're not too hard...I need some help on some of the hair, so anything is welcome...

Ahoy! I just randomly got invited into this guild. Because I plan on going into graphic arts as a career once I'm out of college. So yase.
Just to let you all know, one of my bad habits is to be increidbly intimidated by people who are better than me in things that I like doing. So, I don't really know if I'll be posting a lot here or not. xd But, oh well. Hola.

Greetings all. My name is Benjamin, but I am known as Definon, the Vagabond, and the Starving Artist. I'm currently attending High-Tech Institute for my Associates's Degree in Graphic Design and Animation. After I graduate I plan to persue a Bachelor's Degree, as well as a degree in fine arts.
I'm currently working on a portfolio to show my Photography, Illustration, Graphic Design, and Web Design. I'll post it in the guild once I'm satisfied with it 3nodding
I know what all the other categories are, but what -exactly- does "media" entail?

Hey there!
Just joined today.
My name's Zoe and I'm from Reading, England. I'm 22 years old and I have a baby boy who is nearly 4 months now.
I've previously studied Graphic Design at college for 4 years and can't wait to meet other designers ^_^
I'm working on a website at the moment but am having trouble getting it up online! Its so confusing sweatdrop

In the first year of secondary school, I couldn't draw anything because there was this girl in the class who took the piss with her pieces of work. bet her mum helped her... stare

Chisa Hey there, welcome to the guild! What context is 'media' in? I figured it was something I put on the front page, but couldn't find it on there... That's what I don't know. Is it simply making graphics for advertisement, or is it creating for specific mediums, like television?

Hi, I'm a bit new to the whole designing thing, if anything I'm more of an 8-bit designer... when I was younger I did a lot of video game sprite edits, but now I've moved on to graphic design. I just got photoshop about a year ago, and I'm in love! it is a marvelous program! However... I have yet to learn all of it's capabilities. I have taken up drawing recently, but I still can't color them efficiently in photoshop. I hope I can learn to make renowned Avi Art while I'm here biggrin

Hey, I'm [Reminiscence]. You can call me Rem or Remi, though my real name is Michelle. I'm only 12 years old (almost 13), but I don't want anyone to judge me by my age, okay? Anyway, I got interested in graphic design a few months ago with a free trial of Photoshop from Adobe.com. I'm very determined to learn more design techniques and improve lots on my skills. I hope that I can have a chance to get that done here. Thanks for this oppurtunity! ~.^

Hello, I'm chad, 24 y/o who, as of friday, graduated with my bfa in visual communications (a fancy way of saying a graphic designer) from Kendall College of Art and Design. I'm working in the realworld for the time being as a freelancer, which is keeping me plenty busy right now. Look forward to meeting you!
