More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

The sister's were already retreating. After Liv calmed Larry, they took that as a good time to leave. They knew there was little chance to actually escaping Trinity, her shadows would find them. But there was a chance Lia had weekend her enough. They glanced back at them, unsure if they would persue or not.

Trinity looked to where the girls were, as Theonis mentioned them. She must have been a bit to focused on Liz and Larry that it aloud them to escape. On top of that she was very tired. Her eyes turned to Theonis, "Are you in any shape to go after them?" she asked considering they both have been through very rough battles just now.

Theonis looked at them and at Trinity. He sighed.

"I'd rather not. Memory manipulation and draining powers and all doesn't seem that appealing to me. It's just not smart to go after them alone. Plus right now, I don't know how much I can do with my powers. I'd hate to..ya know..run out of juice when chasing them."

Trinity nodded "I understand." Things were beginning to catch up to her, her side began to throb from when she was hit by Larry earlier she held her side. Things started fading black around the edges. She tried to stay there and keep focused. The running from the fight just now didn't help and neither did Lia absorbing her power, to top it off there was a good chance not all the wounds from the fight with Freya earlier weren't fully healed. There was a good chance that she was running solely on adrenalin. She stumbled toward the nearest wall. She hoped that Theonis did not see her like this but she couldn't fight it any-more... Her eyes rolled back and her lids were shut and she slumped down.

Theonis eyes were all over the place despite the fact that the battle was already over. But by the time he was done he noticed Trinity collapsing at the wall.

"Trinity!"

He ran up to her, his mind managed to see the situation logically. First he thought that she could have been hit by something but he noticed that she was breathing normally.

"You idiot,,,don't pretend you're alright when you're not...though I'm not in a position to speak myself.." He softly said. Theonis gently took her in his arms and picked her up.

"Mind if I leave? Back-up should be here soon. Though I don't see the point of it. I gotta take her home...she needs to get herself checked out. As well as myself." He said to Liz.

Annie nodded, "Yeah and it would be bad if we got too carried away." She said the last part more to remind herself than to tell Shane. Sighing she leaned back in the seat and crossed her legs, and then leaned forward propping her chin up with her hands, her elbows on her knees.

With a smile she said cherishing the thought, "Though, I don't know how much time we'll have for continuing once I get my son back. Raising a two year old does tend to put a damper on your love life, or so I would assume. Even if he is as intelligent as a three or four year old."

Shane blushes and playfully says, "Kid's gotta sleep sometime."

"Mind if I leave? Back-up should be here soon. Though I don't see the point of it. I gotta take her home...she needs to get herself checked out. As well as myself." He said to Liz.

Liz looks up at Theonis and says, "We'll be fine. Go take care of your friend."

"Take care of your brother." Theonis said as he walked off. As he stepped outside, he remembered the mayhem he had caused here. Dead soldiers everywhere. Well not everywhere but the few that were here were all over the place.

Theonis managed to gather enough power to fly. Beats walking any time. He just had a little extra weight. But not all that much. She didn't feel heavy at all.
He suddenly had the urge to go higher and higher into the sky. To see what was above the clouds. So...why not? He knew had his power under control so he wouldn't fall or anything. Just like that, he flew up.

The backup arrived just in time to see their head of security 'get carried away' sorta speak. The troops knew the proceedure. First was to send the hire ranking officials to make an acessment of the situation, then give orders based on the acessment.

A blue scaley skinned soldier with golden hair and pupil-less eyes, named Mitchel, Mitch for short came and found the dead tree, he noticed a couple of leaves peeking out of the tree. They twitched, odd for leaves to twitch like that, especially with no water or wind around. He broke a piece of dry wood off the dead tree to reveal a young tree. It tried to hide itself when it was discovered. Uncertain on whether it could hear him he tried to calm it, "No, it's okay Daedalus is gone. I mean you no harm.". This was not far from where Liz and Larry were.

The visible eye darted from Kerana to the sleep boy along his shoulder, he couldn't have Apollo be tempted to help another person. But right now.. "...Geh!" A dreadful ringing, a earpiercing ringing...A ringing that caused his eyes to fluctuate violently in a manner in which he cannot control. The thin legs that held up his very being trembled at the sudden overwhelming sensation of chaos. It was so overwhelming it felt as if his brother and himself were just going to be sucked in whole. "Fine... Anything to escape this God Aweful ringing noise..." It brought on such a headache, and such a struggle for the young man who normally did everything he could to avoid such a scene. Sweat formed at his brow as he made his way back towards the building, the eyes widening as he momentarily grunted. "What a terrible...noise.." Orion grunted as he opened the door, closing the functioning eye before making his way inside the room.

The lack of noise, the lack of the ringing sensation merely caused the trembling legs to give out from under him. Falling to his knees, the fluctuating pupil calmed and for some odd reason the twenty year old found himself physically exhausted. "...Tch." The blood red hair lowered into his face as he managed to prop up the slumbering child against a chair. Immediately Orion sat down next to him, a single hand rising to his face and rubbing along his forehead and eyes. "..."

Deora slipped into the waiting room behind Kerana, but just barely. She was struggling to convince herself to stay with her new friend around this new guy, Orion. Once in the waiting room she stood nervously in a corner away from the boys, crossing her arms across her chest. She didn't want to sit down, she didn't want to get comfortable around this guy. He wasn't acting right, and she wanted to be able to fight or run if she had to. Her blue eyes never left Orion, watching him constantly for the first wrong move.

"Get away from me." The monotone voice spoke, one of his boney hand placing itself along his face while the other one clasped a piece of the childs clothing. "Just...get away." Orion mumbled, silence he needed a calm atmosphere and silence. That's what he wanted, that's what he needed, he didn't need Kerana to see him like this. That in itself was degrading enough.
