 All of the panels I went to were fabulous except for the Sailor Moon one. It wasn't run very well, so it ended up being a bit boring and us fans just sharing information we all basically already new. There wasn't really anything new to learn from it.
At least with the Doctor Who, even though we were just covering the 50 years of the show's history, it still was fun. Probably because we brought cosplayers up by Doctor eras... and we had inside jokes that related to the fandom. We even had a cosplayer you came up and performed their acapella version of their song "Hey There Rose Tyler". Definitely a lot more interactive and enjoyable than the dull Sailor Moon panel.

I have my three potential cosplay ideas for each of the three days of Emerald City Comicon in mind right now: Castiel from Supernatural, River Song from Doctor Who, and Captain Janeway from Star Trek: Voyager. All of them are fairly simple and probably wouldn't take too long to put together, whether I do a "wardrobe" cosplay or sew something together.
