More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

Tansy sighed softly and hugged him back. She smiled at him, tears forming in her eyes. "I am now." She nodded with a smile. "I'm sorry you had to go through that, but if it makes you feel any better, I have no idea who you're talking about." She laughed softly as she brushes her hair over her ear.

Pike the cat meowed in the distance, sitting on the back of the couch. "Um... I'm sorry. I really didn't mean to I swear!" Erin said with as much sympathy as she could for the woman. "Please, please forgive me. I seriously... didn't know what was going on in my head! I just... I just freaked Lilith! and I don't know why!! I was never like this before with it! I just...I seriously..." Erin sighed "Didn't mean to." Erin dropped her head and pointed to the bathroom. "You might want to go take a look... and I'll explain some of what happened."

The woman paused for moment. "Go look at what?" She frowned an run turned towards the bathroom. She reached inside and flipped on the light before she walked inside and then turned and looked at herself in the mirror. "Oh. My. God. Erin! What did you do!!"

Over the sub district, Gidget hovers overhead in stealth mode. She scans the area, her HUD flooded by hundreds of metahuman signatures. She switches to a different spectrum only to be greeted by the same response, this time to the use of type 3 spores. She decides to go to something a bit more specific. One more switch, this time nothing. If she had a face in this thing, she would be frowning. Whoever this guy is, he doesn't use the same sort of fear particles that Charles Ray uses. This puzzles her since the application seems similar. Expose victim to the spores, the spores feed on the chemical that produces fear, and then they bring the fear into a physical form that can be controlled. Except that the physical form was a mental one, that happened to...Gidget stops the thought process, feeling a cyber headache coming on.

Gidget decides to forgo grace and subtlety. This man is dangerous, and has to be taken down. She brings up her map, then hovers to the location of the church. She looks down at it and switches to X-Ray spectrum to see if her landing area is clear. Satisfied that she wont smash anyone she cuts off her jets and falls through the roof. She lands with a loud clang, leaving a small crater underneath her. She stands from the kneeling position and turns her speakers to a volume that would reverberate through the halls of the church.

"Jordan Knightly!"

"Lilith!! I'm sorry! I - I... " She sighed. How was she going to explain this to her. Erin bit her lower lip and played with the skin in between her thumb and forefinger. She looked to the floor. It felt as though she was back at home, and getting in trouble as a child. " I have powers!" she blurted out finally and cringed. Erin had kept it a secret for so long, worried of what people might had think of her if she were told anyone about them.

Lillith stalked out of the bathroom, a frown plastered on her face. "Okay... So... You burnt my hair with your Powers..." she spoke slowly as she did he best to piece everything together. The hair on her head was singed. Burnt beyond repair. She might be able to save a few inches. "So you control... Fire?" she blinked, unsure of what was actually happening.

Jordan snapped his neck around in the direction of the noise and his name being called. His eyes glared angrily at where it came from. In his church, his sanctuary, the place he could escape from everything. That was HIS place of being. Grabbing his trench coat, and the rosary he had hung on a exposed nail, and began walking in the direction of it. He wasn't far off, and he faded; telleporting right outside one of the main doors. Kicking them open to face a being in the middle of his church. A gaping hole it's roof, and the pews strewn or broken around them. a large crater in the middle. He growled and his eyes narrowed. " Who dares come into my chruch!!!" he yelled from where he was at.

She was surprised to see she wasn't really freaking. granted she was angry, but not... running out and freaking over it. "No... I uh, control things. Like... Like I can freeze things for a few moments, and make things explode, and manipulate things into different shapes... I'm sorry, I am so sorry Lilith." Erin sat down and continued to look to the floor. Granted she was relived to finally tell a person of what kind of things she can do, she wasn't expecting them to be in this way.

Nova Blancke

Theonis had this huge grin on his face due to the adrenaline. He was enjoying this, every second of it. He had never gone sky diving before. Although he was wondering how he would stop at the end without completely shattering his ribs, it didn't stop him from enjoying it.

This time it was him who turned around to see where she was. Turns out she was already pretty close by. Turning towards the ground again, the wind violently went through his air. This was fun.

Trinity knew she was loosing this race. She wondered if she should just let him win. Nah where's the fun in that? Instead of diving into her shadow to soften the landing as she originally intended she decided to take a different route. It was a little tricky but she sunk herself into the shadow of her trench coat then emerged on the side of the building. She walks into Theonis' line of sight and starts waving at him. Her coat fluttering around ad a much slower rate, she would retrieve it when it landed. The adrenaline rush hadn't died down yet.

Looking up she couldn't wait to start giving him a hard time about it. Then her expression was worried. Another thought occurred to her what if he didn't have energy to use his power for a softer landing? She knew he didn't like the idea of her protecting him, she could share the same thought about him. Yet he did save her from when Shane tried to pound to halves of a car to squish her. Even though she knew what she was going to do she was glad he did what he did. She decided that as soon as she saw his shadow form it will be a hole for him to land in. If she could tell that he could soften his landing she'd simply let go and he wouldn't have to know she tried. She start looking toward the ground for his shadow.

Lillith frowned. "It's okay." She sighed as she pinched the bridge of her nose. "I'm fine. It'll just take time to grow all of this back." She shook her head. "Since when did you get powers? That's... Kind of crazy! You could have blown off my head or something."

"I know.. I know. I tried stopping it! that's... is what.. " She moved her hands in the shape of Lilith's head. "Yeah... Results? may very." She cringed again and dropped her head once more. She rubbed her temples and sighed. " They started popping up during that second meteor shower. First it was just freezing, then it was the blowing up things, and the manipulating just recently in the past couple of weeks. I ended up making my own skate park by accident with that one." She wined a bit over everything and hit her head with her hands. "Why me."

She steps out of the crater and walks toward him steadily, her steps creating a resounding clank. She points a finger at him and demands, "You have five seconds to give me one good reason why I shouldn't tear you in half after what you did to Tansy Hinzard."

"so, the meteor shower did this?" She sighed as she flopped down on the couch. "Great. The first shower takes my sister, and this one changed my best friend into a freak." she paused. "no offense." She turned and smiled at Erin. "I'm sorry... This is just... It's a lot to take in."

"Good." Ako said with a smile when Tansy mentioned never knowing of Theonis. "Let's keep it that way." He looked at her smiling face, the most beautiful thing he'd seen in a long while, and could almost feel that she was healthier than she was the last time he saw her.

She steps out of the crater and walks toward him steadily, her steps creating a resounding clank. She points a finger at him and demands, "You have five seconds to give me one good reason why I shouldn't tear you in half after what you did to Tansy Hinzard."

Jordan grinned menacingly at her and looked her over. He sensed no fear in this one, which was uncommon. He had a feeling this wasn't a normal person. "Oh, that winged b***h. That was out of convenience. I needed someone with a strong enough fear to help me complete my tasks." He moved a little way ways from her and walked towards the alter. There he looked up at the large crucifix and took out his rosary. " I have plans for everyone in this world... I have always had plans for them. At first I thought they were for good of man, but now I have come to the realization that man is the broken of the will God has given them and feel the essence of what it is to lose everything to just merely understand what is in store for them." He turned back to look at her. "You will not understand this..."

'Your.. sister?" She said sitting back in the chair. "I didn't know you had a sister - Oh and none taken. Freak is a word I am common with." Erin titled her head to the side and looked at Lilith. "Actually, to make things a little lighter. Once you get the crispy bits off, I think that look will actually be better for you instead of the long girlie hair.... heh" She gave a soft uncertain chuckle and then looked away and down once more. She didn't know how things felt about the powers and with Lilith.

There he looked up at the large crucifix and took out his rosary. " I have plans for everyone in this world... I have always had plans for them. At first I thought they were for good of man, but now I have come to the realization that man is the broken of the will God has given them and feel the essence of what it is to lose everything to just merely understand what is in store for them." He turned back to look at her. "You will not understand this..."

Gidget places her hands on her hips and says, "Now hold on, let me try before you sell me short. You think that people have lost their belief in God, and thus have strayed from his designated plan. So you are going to bring about some sort of pseudo-apocalypse of your own design so that everyone starts praying en mass."

She puts her finger to her chin to signify that she is thinking then she says, "I get it, you saw the movie Constantine and stole it's plot. Man, talk about a cookie cutter bad guy."
