Good evening everyone.
The picnic went well. Enjoyed a lot of good food that various people made. Aside from eating, there wasn't much going on.
My parents and I had arrived at the shelter early enough that I got to give them a tour around to see the cattery and the dog pods. Now they know how easy it is to develop favorites among the animals. Even my Dad developed a favorite - a little black kitten named Justin. He kept going back to look at him. *laughs* Just goes to show that my Dad isn't completely against animals. It just takes the right one to capture his attention apparently.

I was telling my parents about how I was surprised at how much ties are at some stores. My Dad said he had a tie and wondered what I color I was looking for. He's not much of a tie person, so he decided to give me his. Although it wasn't the navy blue color I wanted for my Castiel cosplay, I now have the perfect tie for my Crowley cosplay. It's nice how that worked out.

Anyway, I'm going to post here for a little bit and then probably go watch one of the movies I added on Netflix just because they had a Supernatural cast member in them. *laughs* I'll probably go with the Batman cartoon movie I put on there because it seems the more silliest of the bunch. At least the other two actually seem like me. This Batman one is so totally random in comparison to my usual selections.

Sometimes I wonder what goes through people's minds when they react to things. Maybe it's just because I'm better off in most circumstances or I've pretty positive thinking in terms of my life (despite all of the roadblocks I've encountered)... but sometimes I think people overreact to things. And its times like that where I don't really know what to say when there's clearly a call for a response to the words spoken. *sighs*
