@ 151 foevahh - Yeah, it's total bullshit. I have to admit, I do like the original gen as my favorite so far, but that doesn't mean I don't love the other gens or am going to glorify the first gen beyond reason.

@151 forevah: Every time someone says that, i want to punch them in the face, because it's obvious that they stopped playing after RBY and either:

A) don't know the other four gens, so they try to mask their ignorance and/or unwillingness to educate themselves with shitty nostalgia pride

or

B) are tards and don't really like pokémon, but hot topic says it's cool, and they want to fit in

honestly, we have enough native retards, we don't need any more who aren't even in the fandom

@151 forevah: Every time someone says that, i want to punch them in the face, because it's obvious that they stopped playing after RBY and either:

A) don't know the other four gens, so they try to mask their ignorance and/or unwillingness to educate themselves with shitty nostalgia pride

or

B) are tards and don't really like pokémon, but hot topic says it's cool, and they want to fit in

honestly, we have enough native retards, we don't need any more who aren't even in the fandom

but I still play the new games.
The thing is, I can only train a 3rd/4th gen poke for so long before I get sick of their tard face and have to train one from 1st or 2nd gen. (staraptors piss me off almost as much as bidoofs for whatever reason)
Because lets face it. Vespequen may be 10x stronger but Beedrill is 10x cooler.

But at least you know the other gens. You've played the games, even if you ended up not liking them. A lot of the 151 4 Lyfe!!!!-ers, haven't. They played RBY back in 1998, lost interest in 1999, and haven't touched the games since. But Pokémon's ~retro cool~ now, and they want some street cred, so they pretend to be fans and in order to mask the fact that they know jackshit, they scream "151 FOREVER!!!!!"
