Courtyard (North)

The gravel beneath their feet made a light crunch as they walked down the path. "Why not? That sounds wonderful." Kathrin was glad she had meet someone. She really wound't of minded if she hadn't, but she was happy she did nontheless.

The fact that Asriel hair nor cloths moved in the wind, was a bit weird. It was probably due his magic. She had seem it happen before, why should he be any different? As they continued walking, she saked, "So....you said you have a brother? I have one, too. But he's much younger than me. He lives with my mother in the next city over. I'm sure he misses me terribly. He was crying as I left, saying, 'Come back and visit ok? Don't forget us.' " She was smiling as she talked. Even a little giggle came out when she impersonated her brother's words. Oh how she missed him. She couldn't wait to see them again.

She blinked blearily, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes as she sat up to face Rhia. "'S mornin awredy?" she said sleepily, suppressing a yawn. She shook her head a few times, then looked around. "Oh dear." she said, finaly remembering what had happened. She turned her attention to Rhia "I'm sorry, but I'm not much help. I just got here, and I cant read maps to save my life. I dont even know where the dorms are." She said, smiling apoligeticaly. "I wish I could be of more assistance." she said, standing up and bowing politely. "Perhaps we could seek help together?" she said, holding out her hand with a smile. "Lets be friends! My name is Txaik! And yours?"

Roxxan smiled a bit. "I have Fire Element, but im not very good at conroling it yet, and I cant do to much with it..." She said opening up her hand and putting it out infront of her. Soon a small ball or fire apeared, getting slightly bigger as a few secconds past by. She placed her other hand inches above it and tryed to keep it at the same size, not wanting it to get out of control and burn everything down like it has many other times in the past. "It's very dangerouse I think, what about you?" she asked, closing her hands into a fist putting them back at her sids, letting the small bit of fire dissapear leaving only alittle stream of gray smoke that was quickly blown away by slight winds blowing arround the area.

Kiyosi was relieved that she wasn't the only one who had special powers, since she had been raised in a land where her family were the only people who had them.

"My element's Air, but I can't always control it sometimes. I still remembered the time when I blew the roof off my house, but I was a baby that time, so I can't remember."

She demonstrated by making a wind strong enough to make the trees (that she was directing it to) lean, but weak enough so the trees couldn't fall down completely.

Olivia walked into the courtyard, followed by Lilka and Eden. The scenery was breath-taking. She took a few moments to let it all sink in. The other students seemed to be enjoying it too. It seemed the courtyard was a popular hang out among them. Livvy couldn't help but smile at everybody talking and laughing. She had a feeling she was really going to like it here. She turned to Lilka and Eden and said, "Isn't it beautiful here? I'm glad we decided to come."

"Wow..." said Eden, looking around with wide eyes. "It's so big! Almost like a room on its own..." She spotted a few open benches and gestured towards them. "Why don't we sit down?"

Olivia nodded in agreement. She noticed the benches Eden had gestured to. They were in the perfect spot - right underneath a big tree so there was plenty of shade and a nice cool breeze. Livvy went over to the benches and sat down on one. They were even pretty comfortable - so smooth, like marble. She brushed her hand across them, enjoying the feel of it on her skin. "It really is lovely out here," she said.

Shadow looked at her and then to her hands. He looked to his hand and made a fireball that was pretty much like her's except it was black. He stuck his free hand down and lifted her's close to his and winked. Another fireball just like the one she made developed in her hand and he looked up at her. Then use one that can be controlled. He moved his hand over hers and turned it over and watched as his fireball slowly fell to her hand and combined itself with her's. He stood up and pulled out a stick from his bag and held it up. Go ahead, light it.

"Yeah... I've never seen anything like this... and it's such a nice day out, too!" Eden sat down and stretched her arms. "Hey, maybe if we get kicked out of the dorm, we can stay here!" she joked, laughing.

Livvy couldn't help but laugh at that too. She was glad she had made such lively friends. She'd only been here for a few hours and already she had made three good friends. "Yeah, but let's just hope that doesn't happen. It may be nice out here, but I'd prefer a soft bed over a marble bench any day." Talking about the dorms, Livvy's thoughts drifted back to Taruko. She smiled to herself as she pictured him freaking out all over the place. He was a real goofball.

vahn walked around the courtyard walking along the path which lead him to the fountain takeing deepbreaths as he walked"men im sooo tired''vahn said to him self turning aroung and laying down on the nearest bench looking at the clouds and listing to the water flow from the fountain

Cutie walked in the court yard where she spoted a lively tree and positioned herself safely on top of one of its large branches under her scarf lay a semi-old book and she opened it to the page of her likeing.

Rianna came flying from the Dining Hall. Wanting to do something, she took out her flute and started playing it. As the music spread around the North of the Courtyard, birds started to gather in song.

Eden laughed too, then looked around as music started to play. Her eyes fell on a girl playing a flute, and she listened to the beautiful music. "Wow..." she breathed softly, watching as birds gathered around the flute-player.

Livvy was looking around at the scenery again. She couldn't seem to get enough of it. The gorgeous day made everything ten times nicer. While looking around she noticed a boy lay down on a bench near them. She had good luck with meeting people all day, so she figured why not? Besides, there's no such thing as having too many friends. She turned to Eden who was sitting next to her and whispered, "Hey, I'll be right back, okay?" before going over to the boy. He had his eyes closed, so she stood by his head and bent over him. Because he was out in the sun, her form created a shadow over his body. She waited to see how long it would take for him to notice she was there.
