What's so hard about interchanging the positions of month and day? I do it all the time. It's easy to do for me without being confused.

At least we don't do dates like normal chinese would, where the year goes first. For instance, you would have joined on the 2005/05/21 3nodding

@'elfy - Well, if you think about it, at least the Chinese system makes sense because it has some kind of order (biggest --> smallest) whereas the American one is just - screwed up, really. sweatdrop

I never know the date in the holidays.. actually, I know today is 24/08/06 because of results.. 2 hours! Ahhhhh~

Okay, to be fair, we still have miles here. And pounds.

My measurement system is seriously screwed up.. I use cms, inches, metres, and miles; then for weight I use grams, jin (Chinese measurement) and kilograms.. oh, and sometimes I measure distance in time as well.. rofl

Damnit, I'm stupid. I was naive and stupid. And very evry stupid. The whole summer, was really fun. And most of my friends were always traveling and the others were simply not available. So I always turned to him. A guy I only knew at school who lived in my neighborhood. We weren't friends. He was only my friend's relative. But him too, he was always at home, somehow, he wasn't really busy this summer. And somehow, we always hung out together. And the more time passes, the more I became closer to him. I even started telling him things that I wouldn't ever tell to my buddies I see everyday at school. It was okay, right? Because he didnt have much relation with the people I hang with, so whatever I told him, wouldn't affect him since he doesn't know much about my life. And he also said things in return, things that he wouldn't ever tell anybody. Then suddenly, to me, he was my best guy friend ever. Of course, I could never imagine myself being romantically linked with him. He was like a best guy friend. Finally, we had a serious discussion. About problems with friends... And suddenly, he also admits we became very close during the summer. He told me "Before, you were only my relative's friend, but now... Well. You know. You're the only one I know most out of all my relative's friends." I asked him if we were really friends. Not only somebody who's somebody's friend. He replied "No. You're not a friend, not a relative's friend. Just somebody I know."

And it pissed me off. Somebody you know... Isn't that somebody that you know only by name and nothing else. Somebody you know, doesn't that mean a stranger? Throughout this summer, after putting a little trust into him, I became a stranger? He pisses off. Somebody he only knows... Not a friend.... Not a friend, not nothing? Just a nobody? So. I'm only a stranger. After having fun hanging out together, I'm still not a friend. I don't care if I'm not his friend. But I felt he deceived me. Stole from me. Stole personal information from me. Somebody that only "knows" me, a stranger, has NO RIGHT to know me. Has no right to even know anything about me. He was the only one I told my troubles and thoughts to.

But then again. That's probably why we suddenly got so close. Because we were strangers... STUPID a**! scream I'm so gonna ignore him when school starts. No... No... ATTITUDE! Yeah, that's right! domokun

I'm so happy I got that crap out of my chest or else I wouldn't of slept tonight and would of kept thinking about it. Yay, time to sleep. ^_______^ Fackin' a**... Gonna beat him up one day. domokun

@NR - It sounds like he's just trying to distance himself.. maybe he's actually a little scared by how close you've become and is now trying to reassure himself? People do that a lot. I don't think he actually thinks you're "strangers", no person in their right mind would say that about someone who they've been telling personal things (sorry, my vocabulary is like 0 today) to.. it's always nice and refreshing to talk to someone outside of your normal circle about some things which matter to you.. but if he (or you) considers the thing finished then - well, don't think of it as too much of a loss..
