If you all don't mind, small rant here. It's entiled: HANNAH MONTANA SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, opening day for the HM (as I now refuse to mention the name again) movie, and it MESSES UP!!!!!!!! scream scream scream We had to cancel two shows today of it (out of five). Who do you think they sent in to tell the angry children that they can't watch the movie, that's right, me. Then I have to go up to help fix it, after they spent 3 hours making it worse. First, it was a simple problem. Disney, in their great wisdom, messed up with the print saying the head was tails and tails was heads on one reel, so a sixth of the film upside down and backwards. Then, after three hours to fix this problem, the projectionist working on it had it all over the floor, and had me help to pick it up. So after another hour of working on it, and maybe breaking the equipment to do it, we finally get the movie back together, to fix the simple problem, he had to take it apart. Then, when I go back down stairs, we had a lobby full of people people waiting to get in, with the movie half way through it. So we had to force them to wait another hour before they could get in. Then the next show sold out, so it was a major hassle. Oh how I now hate that movie. evil evil evil

That's really crap, i would've been super annoyed at your manager if he had done that to me! I feels you pain dude (I may have said that in Alastors picture thread, sorry for the repition).

And I wouldn't believe everything you read in The Sun (although thank you for finding the article) as it's a trashy paper that's front page headlining 'news' is on par with what you find in a gossip mag, albeit about footballers and mobsters rather than britney spears.

Well, I might not use it as a credible "news" source for politics, world news, or anything, but they do have several people who are wrestlers/managers working for them, so they do have an inside scoop for that. Paul Hayman (sp?) ran ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling) for years in the 90's till 04 (or sometime) when WWE bought it out and corrupted it. He then worked in the WWE for several years before leaving and still has several friends within WWE. And he is not the only one working for them. So they do have insider information.

And as for HM evil

I will suffer through this as I have many others. evil evil

That and many others. Shrek the 3rd was the worst one thou. It sold out every single show on the weekends. When there's children evolved, it's wall to wall carpet of popcorn. It's a major hassle when your trying to clean up after the last crowd and the next one wont let you. That's why we have the "James Rule" at our theater. James Rule states, "If they want to sit in garbage, let them."

I feel your pain dude...one night I remember watching Cars and good greif, when the movie was over...shudder. There was at least twelve piles of puke spread throughout the theater...that night really sucked! stressed

Anyway, as for the HM movie and the whole HSM series, not only are they tortureing us all, but those damnedable kids...man do they drive me nuts!! scream

Anyway, I just saw the Dragonball Evolution movie and man did it suck!! gonk

It's like they are just trying to piss anime fans off.... rolleyes

Yes, Cars was in theaters when I got hired. I remember that weekend that Click had just opened that weekend and we had Cars two weeks after that. Good times. Joe Chan, Kenny, Tim, and Susan worked there then. I miss them and wish they would come back.

As for Dragonball, I know it's going to suck, but I still want to see it. Justin (the guy who plays goku) claims that the next one would be better, but I doubt it. Though he was right about one thing, this does revive the series and brings in new fans. But it does alienate the old ones. And I do wish they just forget the Cowboy Bebop movie. I don't want them to ruin that one as well.

They also have made a Vampire Hunter D live action movie in Japan. I would like to see it, typically they don't outright ruin anime movies like Hollywood does.

(So many things to say! Lol)

#1 - I can't believd there was so much puke when you went to see cars Ookami. My mum was always so paraniod when me and my brother were little because she would have died of shame if he had done something like that, or even been too loud in a restarunt. Not even a fancy place, Pizza Hut or something.

#2 - I'm also going to go see Dragonball, even though I expect it to suck. Me and my friend Gilli used to watch it before we knew each other. I would get in a fight because I wanted to know what happened and she would fight with her brother because he wanted to watch it and she secretly did aswell but wouldn't give him the satisfaction, so would complain and say she wanted the Powerpuff girls on.

#3 - I personally get really annoyed when Hollywood does a re-make of anything European (or anything that wasn't made in Hollywood to begin with) because I think it's because they try to commercialise it or something but they just cheapen it in the long run.

I saw Monsters vs Aliens on wednesday for my friends birthday and it really sucked. It got good reviews here and I didn't think it was funny. I laughed twice. TWICE!!! Comedies make you laugh a lot more than that if you ask me.

I haven't seen it yet, but we do have it. I have heard a lot of parents come out and say it's the dumbest movie ever but the kids come out saying they loved it and want to see it again. I guess it's more for little, little kids and not kids at heart like us.

Little bit of movie news here.

Screenrant.com has some pic from the set of Sylvester Stallone's The Expendables, which also stars Jason Statham, Eric Roberts, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. I picked these names because they are the ones that are in the pics. One of the Stallone pics is not one of his better pics. It looks like he's running from gun fire, but the image on his face made me bust out laughing.

The new Bourne movie is now set to come out in summer 2011. As everyone likes to point out, this will be the first Bourne movie not biased off a book by Robert Ludlum but an original script, so it's probity going to suck.

One I might actully like, for now anyway, is news from the new Robin Hood movie. William Hurt has joined Russell Crowe, Cate Blanchette, Scott Grimes, Kevin Durand, and Alan Doyle. Hurt is to play William Marshall, the Earl of Pembroke. The film is headed by Ridley Scott.

Mark Wahlberg and James Franco are joining Steve Carell and Tina Fey in 20th Century Fox's Date Night. In the film, Carell and Fey will play a married couple who find their routine date night becomes much more than just dinner and a movie. Variety says Wahlberg plays a successful and crazily buff securities expert who flirts with Fey's character. Franco portrays a not-too-bright con man and petty criminal. Meester is onboard as the couple's babysitter. Henson plays the one good cop who believes the couple is in danger, and Common portrays a villain. Wiig rounds out the cast as the actress' best friend. (copyed and pasted from comingsoon.net)

And finally, Comingsoon.net has the first picture of Michael Myers from Rob Zombie's H2. Clickhere too see it. It looks like the the mask went throu a lawn mower or something. It's been cut up and faded a bit.

So now you know. And you better know well or else.

Cool - once again, so many things to answer to! haha.

The Expendables - haha! That's one ad pic.

Another Bourne film? Makes no sense unless it's a spin-off as the whole poit is he knowns/remembers everyhting and it's all out in the open and he sirvived to be free to live his own life. The only thing they didn't wrap up was spelling out his relationship with Julia Stiles' character. The films gonna suck.

Robin Hood - Dunno if I'll want to see that, my heart will always belong to Robin Hood Prince Of Theives (It's a film from my childhood! xd ) Plus, I know it's got nothing at all to do with the BBC show but I stopped watching that as I got v annoyed - the actress who played Marion left the show to go to Hollywood (Good luck to her - she's really gonna need it) so they killed her off!!!! You can't kill Marion! You get someone else to play her part! *ranting over*

I would probably go see Date Night purely for the Tiny Fey, she seems quite cool and funny.

eek They killed Marion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dad, mom, and I use to watch that show. We even recorded the first season. Duirning the second season was when my dad passed away so I kind of stopped watching it. But they killed her!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will shut up before an angry rant starts......................................................................... evil

As for Prince of Theifs, I loved that movie. It's my favorite of the Robin Hood movies and I don't think that it can be topped. The other one I like was the Earl Flynn back in the old days of Hollywood. They did a great job back then, but Theifs is the best. If I remember correctly, Hurt was in that one as well.

Here's some little movie news. Transformers 2 has been edited now. The film will be 12 minutes longer then the first, so around 2 1/2 hours.

Here's something everyone might like.
Filmonic.com
Lauren Shuler Donner has produced all the X-Men films, including Wolverine, and revealed on Fox Movie Channel’s Life after Film School that she hoped X-Men: First Class becomes a whole new X-Men franchise. She also revealed which characters will be involved.

From Comics Continuum:

“It is the first class of Xavier’s school, way back when, so it’s young Scott, young Jean, young Beast and that’ll be really fun,” Donner said. “I think (the plan) is to follow some of the characters into their own stories, and weave them back into the X-Men world.

“And hopefully First Class will become its own franchise and we can follow them as they grow up.”

She also acknowledged that a Magneto movie remains in development.

Also a new name for the role of Captain America is being thrown around. Channing Tatum (G.I. Joe, X-men 3: Last Stand). His name is joined with the likes of Will Smith, Mathew McConaughey, and John Cena.

Also, Warner Bros. Pictures has moved Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince two days from Friday, July 17th to Wednesday, July 15th. So all the HP Fanatics can rejoice two days earlier. (Something tells me I'm going to hate this final one if I'm still at the theater then)
