Courtyard (North)

Kiyosi came back from the Dining Hall. Being really tired as she had slept late, she thought she would lie down for some time. Moments later, she noticed her friend, Roxxan, lying against a tree. She was about to go there when she almost slipped. Surpressing a yelp, she finally rested against a nearby tree.

This time, I have to rest. After a whole night of arguing wioth my sister, I really should rest.

Botan finally made it into Ria high. He had heard about it and was told by his fellow tribe members that he could learn about himself at this school. He nervously smiled as he saw the beauty of the courtyard. It was nowhere near a comparaison to his Jungle in his opinion but he still thought that it was rather nice. A nice stone fountain spewing bright glistening water around a cobblestone walkway, green grass surrounding it.

Still he had a more important issue to deal with. A more personal, yet embarrasing problem. Perhaps he would learn about it here.

OOC:Watch out! Loud, obnoxious Cadence is on the job! xD

Cadence wandered into the large Courtyard for the thousandth time with a large smile tugging on her sparkling, pink lips. Her sharp teeth glittered beautifully as she glanced over to the stone fountain. Her nose twitched as the scent of another Neko caught her attention. "OHHHH A FRIEND!!!!"

Meowing loudly, Cadence let a large black aura surround her body, and taking ehr figure away from veiw. A few moments later the aura disipated leaving a large, white tiger standing where Cadence used to be. Cadence bounded toward the Neko on all fours with impressive speed.

She roared happily as the young man finally came into better veiw. Cadence giggled inwardly when she saw him; he was really cute. Before she could dwell on the thought anylonger, as usual, she tripped over herself and came tumbling toward the Neko.

"Owwwwieee!" She cried, having transformed back into a normal Neko girl as she rolled toward the fountain. Instead of stopping like most people do, Cadence rolled until she met up with the cement fountain side. Cadence cried out in pain and crumpled into a small ball; that was a big ouchie.

She had soon forgotten why she had gone over there, and what was the purpose of running so fast over to the fountain; Cadence was always over excited when it came to meeting people. Her eyes began to water as she laid there upside down with a small cut across her lower back.

Botan turned around rather quickly as he heard the roar or a cat. He saw a white tiger come bounding towards him. Now, he was most certainly surprised by the sudden bounding of whoever it was, unsure of what he or she would do.

Then the creature tripped...turning into a neko...like himself. Before he could react the neko came tumbling past him and coliding with the fountain. He blinked for a few seconds, trying to grasp what he had just seen before seeing the water appear around her eyes.

"Um..." he began rather nervously, "Are...are you alright?"

He then noticed the cut on her back and sighed, "You really should watch what your doing miss."

He reached into his small knapsack and pulled out a bandage and began to place it on her back.

"Feel better?"

Cadence flipped over with a sudden jerk when he was finished helping her with the small ailment. Her cheeks now a deep rose color from being so mortified; she always seemed to embarass herself right before meeting someone that could be a potential friend. "Y-Yes...I-I'm..f-fine.." She stammered uneasily, running a single claw over the bandaid that was used to keep her from bleeding.

"You really should watch what your doing miss."

Her face turned a shade of red that was never even thought to be a true color it was so dark; Cadence had never felt so stupid in all her life. Her ears were pinned against her head, and her tail was wrapped around her waist as if trying to protect Cadence from this stranger. She tugged on it warily and began to speak in a quiet, squeaky voice, "t-thank y-you...I-I'm...C-Cadence S-Sasua....."

"Feel better?"

Cadence nodded quietly, running her claws against the cement gently and making a small indent in the pathway. She giggled at the feeling of the minerals under her nails and grinned cheerfully; so much ADD. Her innocent ruby orbs traveled up to the Neko's face and she immeadiately noticed how nervous he was around her; he wasn't going to be easy to crack out of his shell. Cadence smiled up at him and stood up, still smaller than he was by only an inch or two. "Sorry I almost kabooshed into you!"

Botan was rather surprised at this reaction Cadence gave him and the quick recovery to the injury. He then smiled lightly

"It's okay...Miss Cadence."

He was trying to be rather nice to this lady neko because he didn't wish to be rude. He could probably be as hyper as she was but he didn't wish to be rude.

He felt slightly odd for some reason but he couldn't quite put his finger on it just yet so he decided to continue his conversation with her.

"So...are you...a student here?"

"It's okay...Miss Cadence."

Cadence nearly fell over when he addressed her in such a proper mannor; it had never happened to her before. She scratched her head in befuddlement before responding as polietely as she knew how, "Oh....don't call me 'Miss'! We're friends now so you don't have to be all...Mr. Formal pants!" She giggled at her stupid joke, but smiled up at him with sparkling auburn eyes; Cadence was enjoying herself.

She tugged at her tail happily and began dancing about for only a moment or two before suddenly halting and glancing at him. "I'm...a-a..v-very..h-happy person when I meet new people!" Cadence chimed, clapping her hands together with another soft giggle; she was such a hyper Neko girl.

"So...are you...a student here?"

The question caught Cadence a little off-gaurd causing a major delay in an answer. She brought her claw up to her temple and tapped it gently as if thinking until she suddenly came up with a response. "Yes! Yes! I'm new though..I haven't been here long though..what about you?" Candece might have been an over active child, but she did have manners and did use them to her advantage.

Botan was once again surprised by the sudden response to his formal mannor. It seemed as if her eyes seemed to look right into him it was almost frightening, but her actions made her less so.

"Well...I-I myself came just now...it's a pretty nice place...ria...but nothing like the jungles back home.

That feeling began to grow stronger now and it started to irritate Botan and confuse him as to what it was. He knew that this feeling was familiar but he couldn't remember what this feeling was he hadn't felt this feeling for a long while now.

"Well...I-I myself came just now...it's a pretty nice place...ria...but nothing like the jungles back home."

Cadence nodded in a much more respectful mannor; she had calmed down now. It was an akward change for her when it came to just meeting people. Normally, she was loud and obnoxious the entire time they conversed with them, but she didn't want to make a fool of herself infront of him; she didn't know why either.

"Ria is a really nice place once you find everything...I continuously got lost for the first few days, but now I'm doing just fine," she reassured him in a don't-give-up fashion; his scent gave away his nervous feelings. "oh! I don't even know your name!" Cadence gasped at this as if it were a catastrophe. This was the first time she had never asked for a name almost instantly after they began talking; it was a disgrace.

She fumbled with her hands akwardly as she gazed up into the young man's emerald green eyes; she felt hypnotized by them as if they were giving instructions. Cadence fell off to the side, breaking the eye contact they had and causing Cadence to snap back into reality. "You have nice eyes."

Nata wandered around the campus untill she came upon the courtyard. She wanted to meet new people and find some friends to hang with.

'Come on Nata...' she thought 'don't be shy, their just people! nobody cares about your sometimes psycotic beliefs, large ears, and tail!' she attempted to calm her nerves, but it wasn't working.

"Blah" she whispered to herself and sat down on a nearby bench. She sat her hands in her lap and looked around at the surounding area with wonder and curiosity.

Kit walked slowly and enigmatically into the empty courtyard. He glanced around slowly and sighed. It was a cloudy evening, the moon's glow slightly visible behind the clouds. Kit stroked his chin, and walked over to a bench and sat down, clearly bored.

"Alright, see ya later Shadow!" she said with a smile, but noticing him blush made her blush a bit herself. She looked down at the ground for a bit letting her bangs cover her pinkish face until he started walking away. When he was leaving the area she watched as his body started to disapear, and noticed a feather blow onto her lap from under his coat. "What's this?" She asked herself but didn't think much of it. 'its such a beautiful feather....... I wonder...... Does shadow..... have pet birds?' She thought and held the feather up, then took out one of her sketch books and placed the feather in the middle pages so it wouldn't get crushed. 'Its realy pretty, I wanna keep it safe.' she thought when she placed the book back into her bag.

Roxxan heard the yelp and noticed her friend resting against a tree not far from where she was. She ran up toward her friend and stood close to the tree she was at. "I dont wanna bother you to much, but are you alright?!?" She asked, realy hoping that she was.
